​I have visited this place on several occasions, and the customer service during the night shift, around 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, is terrible. They always have a bad attitude, especially the staff working at the pizzeria. Furthermore, as a restaurant, they are required by law to provide an open restroom, but they are always locked. ​This is the kind of establishment that should be reported to the State of California for its poor customer service, bad attitude, and, above all, the restroom situation. It is completely unsanitary to keep them closed; people are urinating near where the ice machine is located. They need to properly maintain the facility and keep the restrooms open. read more

This car wash was the worst place I've ever tried. The machine didn't read my card. I then paid cash and it didn't dispense change. The dry time was barely 60seconds and my car is still dripping wet. Stepped in this gas station yesterday to satisfy our sweet tooth and grab a fountain drink. Very impressed everything is clean and very organized in this location on Bonita Avenue and arrow Highway in San Dimas. The guy with the long hair very tall behind the register was play midday contact in the small talk was good. All in all this was a good experience. I'm glad that I stopped in there. This is probably one of my favorite stop and go type of convenience stores. It's located right on the corner and has easy access. They have a wide variety of items to select whether it's sandwiches for lunch chips candy fountain, drink, coffee, donuts you name it they got it. They also have a section for car and essential personal needs. While waiting in line for the car wash, I heard Car wash service tech tell the employee that they needed to shut down the car wash to properly fix the high-pressure valve and the final rinse. He said that the manager NANCY wouldn't allow him to do that because they were cars in line, which was me. I backed out of the line I went to get a refund the manager NANCY had a fit because I got a three cent discount per gallon and wouldn't give me a refund. It's only $14 I get it but it's my $14 and they're still allowing cars to go through after the tech told them that they weren't getting proper car washes. A young obese lady seemed extremely curious about me. So she pulled out here phone while she was suppose to be working behind the cash register. I was putting money in the Bitcoin ATM. She proceeds to walk behind me and record me.. Why, I haven't a clue.. I ignored what I noticed and completed my transaction went to my car in the parking lot. Then I go back inside to use the restroom. While I'm using the restroom that same obese lady is buzzing the bathroom trying to let someone in. She buzzed it 3 times and someone knocks on the door. The door display says occupied in red.. At this point she being a hinder. So I finished and I walked out noticing her staring at me for some odd reason. I go back in my car, within 2 minutes she comes out, she looks at me while I'm inside my vehicle goes back inside and sends an employee to come talk to me. He says that she said I look suspicious and they felt uncomfortable... Now if she did all that to say how she felt. She was definitely telling on herself. We can run the cameras in the store and you can see proof of the aggressor. I pose zero threat. This obese employee actually followed me seeking an issue. "Words of advice"I'm the customer and I have proof of receipt why I was there. I don't appreciate the discrimination and I plan to see to it that your personal issues be handled with management/corporate. I don't feel comfortable when someone lies on another person for absolutely nothing. I literally used the ATM and used the restroom and was in my vehicle. That obese employee needs to go. Your job is to serve the customers not harass the customers. You should look into being a security guard because how you handled yourself was very unprofessional. read more

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. I'm sure ownership changed as this is not the Rebel that opened up a year ago. They have one employee who has been there since they opened and he is why I'm giving any stars. He working typically the food area and back up cashier. (HE is super friendly and nice. ) Anyhow, the quality of the service has gone down hill. Their branded beef jerky is now so hard it cracks like a stick. We used to always go here for their jerky and I don't know what happened? Car wash is constantly being serviced. I have bought car washes after getting gas 4 different times and them ending up closing it while I had spent 30 mins in line. Don't waste your money on the car wash, just go across the street to the car wash there and get a much better wash. read more

Someone really gave it one star for an air problem lol I don't normally write reviews but after seeing that the only review for this place was a one star from a sensitive snowflake, I had to chime in. This is a great place to come to fill up and get your car washed. There's usually a line every time I wash my car here so be advised. As far as staff inside, they're great. I was at this location last night gas up and bought a car wash...when I used the car wash it wasn't working ..it sprayed water and that's it...went inside to get a refund and they will not refund but only issue you a new one ..so used it again instead of a no touch I had it exchange with a the regular..again it didn't work.. came back to the store and told the attendant that the car wash is not working properly...suggested to put a sign or block it to inform customer that it is not in service...I ended up being told that he has no authority to do that..meaning they rather inconvenience the customer and get the money without the refund...he advised me to call the manager tomorrow morning to talk to Tonia..Sunday I called and just not to waste my time to travel becoz I live far away. Tonia the manager told Me that they don't do any car wash refund and the cashier has no authority to close the car wash even though I already told him that it is not working. I ended up coming to the store and personally met her...we came to a discussion about the inconvenience so I told her that the reason why you have a person at night is to oversee the entire operation ... they rather inconvenience the customer and get the money for car wash..why have a person on duty and cannot make a decision? She said that the cashier did not call her last night about the car wash...now you tell me how do you run your operation? Don't go here, especially for a car wash! The wash does a bad job, and the staff is unhelpful and extremely rude. I went for the first time this past Monday for a quick wash. Since it was my first time, I was a little unfamiliar with the wash process, and the signage is not real clear. I am used to standard automatic car washes. I paid the $14 fee, but the machine would not print a receipt. So after first pulling in incorrectly, I repositioned my car. When pulling in, the wash sprays water and soap on the car, but then the rest of the process didn't start right away, and it seemed like it was going to time out. So I pulled out, parked, and went inside to the counter. I asked the girl at the counter if it would be possible for her to let me run through again and explained that I was a first-time customer and must have done something in error. She seemed pissed off that she was working on Christmas Day and said that it was my mistake and that I would need to pay for another wash. I told her that there was soap on my car. She did not care and got very rude and basically told me that it was too bad. I ended up paying for another wash just to get the soap off the car, and it still did a poor job. If that is the way they treat customers, especially first time ones, I will definitely not return. I plan on calling Shell corporate to log a complaint about this place. If you want a great car wash, go up the road a couple miles to Fast5Xpress car wash in Glendora. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the wash does an excellent job. read more

Really nice convenience store. They have a ton of options for slushees, snacks, and hot food. They have tacos and street corn, both of which are good, but not great. It'll fill you up in a pinch, but you'd be better off going to the Taco Bell across the street. Today was my first time here. I was impressed. The workers were friendly and helpful. I didn't know they sold food. It's like a 7 Eleven. The prices are reasonable. The place is brand new so it is very clean. On this day I was going to go to get something to eat, to a liquor store and the car wash. Here I took care of all three. I'm definitely returning. I stopped in to get a cup of coffee and a snack and I was blown away by the huge selection of food and snacks, the sparkling clean interior and brand new decor, but most of all by the friendly and helpful staff. Every one greeted me warmly, including the owner/manager. When I complimented the owner/manager on the innovative snack bar he immediately invited me to sample the made-to-order tacos for free! Don't get your car washed here!! The line for the car wash is always ridiculously long and you will wait 30 minutes in line. Not only will you wait 30 minutes in line you will get honked at by people trying to park at the gas station. The line for the car wash is in a horrible spot. It blocks all the parking spots for the gas station. So do go here for a car wash unless you want to wait forever and get honked at the whole time. Plus, the carwash doesn't even do a good job. Tonight I had the worst experience I think I've ever had at a gas station. After hearing from friends how cool it is, I finally stopped by to check it out. The selection of products was really nice, which is why I gave 2 stars, but the staff was very unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever. I asked the cashier to buy lotto scratchers, and she immediately said "per California state law you must be 21 years of age to buy one, do you have ID?" I asked her when it went into effect and she started rambling about how it's the policy the staff has to follow and if I didn't show her ID then I couldn't purchase. Not sure if it's just their company policy or if she was just misinformed or but the California Lottery website says you just need to be 18 years of age.
