2 quality made shirts with a cheap brand on them

Oh matt, lying to make yourself look better. I took control of the situation to try and remedy the situation. The gift was for me. I can handle it. I have 18 emails to prove you're a liar. On top of you lying I called you out in public at an event. You gave me your supposed direct number that didn't work. So I emailed again. We scheduled a time. You didn't show up. Your employees were there laughing in the distance. 18 EMAILS later all you can do is lie to save face. Running your soft hands all over rebranded merch that you've sourced out doesn't impress anyone. Hard to have customers come through your doors when you leave them locked outside after scheduling an appointment.

Three dope as hell button up shirts!

Found these guys through an internet ad, and had to check them out. I was blown away by all the super sick designs! Had to buy a few right then before they were gone! They shipped them SUPER FAST! They got here in 2 days and they all look AMAZING! Can't wait til I can get a chance to wear them!

No visible abuse just a pocket zipper that the fabric was frayed on and you can see they didn't have enough to stitch to properly.

Matt the owner of rebel reaper doesnt stand behind his products and claims to not have time to respond or to deal with bad reviews but can respond to BBB in minutes. He's got a silver tongue so to speak and just worms his way out best he can to not fix a product blaming his customers, he says he builds quality stuff, but then when you buy a $150 or $300 dollar vest , they are cheap according to him, and you should've spent $500 or more on a custom, and it goes from guaranteeing his all vest to only the custom ones. Tried BBB but again he talks his way out even when i had screen shots of him stating his guarantee in a comment. So ill do my part and anywhere I can leave a review for people to hopefully see what a snake in the grass this guy really is. All over the stiches coming loose on a pocket zipper that i asked to be fixed and got told id abused the product, as he tells ALOT of people if you read the reviews. He did tell me I could go get it fixed for probably $7 dollars or so at a local garment tailor which there are none of locally that deal with motorcycle gear or the like, I asked, its a small town i live in not Phoenix AZ . Products dont fail according to Matt, just people abusing them.

The first two visits, I wasn't even acknowledged. On the third visit, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment to receive assistance. So today, I finally made one online. The website automatically assigned me an associate. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I started browsing and trying on suits myself. After about five minutes, an associate approached and asked me to check in. When he saw that my appointment was with someone else, he told me he couldn't help me and that I'd have to wait. The associate I was scheduled with was busy with another customer, so I waited for about 20 minutes past my appointment time while other associates were available and had no other customers to help. When I finally voiced my frustration to the associate I had the appointment with, he made no attempt to make the situation right or offer any kind of solution. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to shop at Suit Supply. For a brand that prides itself on service and tailoring, this experience has been consistently disappointing.

I was hoping for a better experience…read more On March 29th, I went to the store to look at suits after doing a lot of research. I wanted a custom made suit to my measurements. After spending some time shopping around in the store, I decided to get measured and order. The process seemed easy, the suit jacket they use for fittings fit great and they would order with slight adjustments. I spent $1200 on a custom suit. I received a notice when the suit was shipped. I logged on and noticed it was being shipped from China. I assume it's assembled in China. On April 18th, I went in and tried the suit on. The pants were too tight and the suit jacket was off. The suit bowed out at the chests. My sales associate went over to speak to the Custom Suit Manager who just looked over at me and nodded. He didn't bother to come check what changes needed to be made. They took more measurements and would make adjustments in store for a later pick up. I went back on April 24 and the suit jacket still bowed out at the chest. Same situation, my Sales Associate spoke to his manager and he looked over at me apparently agreeing with the proposed changes. He never came over to look at the suit of check. They went to make more alterations in store. On May 10th, I went back and it still had issues. Another sales person looked at the suit and saw the same issue I kept having acknowledging it was a problem. They decided that the size of the suit was a size too small from the get go. They decided to completely reorder the suit jacket. On May 22nd, I got a notice the suit shipped from China. Once scanned by UPS, there were no more scans after that. On June 6, I emailed service@suitsupply.com to ask what the status of the shipment was. They didn't respond. I texted them on the US phone number on their website. They didn't respond. On June 12th, I emailed again asking for the status. They responded the next day that the suit was at the store ready for pick up. I called the store the next day to confirm and was told they are having problems with their system notifying customers the suit is there. So it's been there for some time. On June 14th, I went to the store again. And the same issue, the chest of the suit bowed outwards. At this point, I asked for a refund. The manager said "Let us know if we can help you again in the future." That was the end of it. I'm not sure what else I was expecting but I felt like there was no desire to save me. There was also no one in the store on a Saturday. This is not a true custom suit. I'm not sure if they can't measure correctly, they don't know how to make alterations, or just aren't concerned. So all in all, it took months to get nowhere for a "custom" suit. For the money, there are much better options.
