Love this place for all our baseball and softball gear. With a 14 year old son who plays multiple baseball positions including catcher and first base and a daughter just starting fast pitch softball this year we buy a TON of gear. Cleat Sports has always been our go to place. We always try to support smaller local businesses and this place is exactly that. Excellent customer service every time (there has been many). They also support local sports teams and that is important to us. The prices are always great. The sale racks are always loaded with great deals and often times we've found items that are very comparable if not cheaper then the larger competitors. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I've never been in without a kind greeting and knowledgeable employee helping us. There is even a guy they work with to restring gloves. It does take a little bit of time but it's worth the time at a great price. The new location is great. Much more space. If I had more money I would spend much of it at Cleat Sports. Support local my Yelp friends. Thank you Cleat Sports for earning my business and keeping our kids geared up on the diamond. read more

This is a local sports store that specializes in all the goods for baseball and softball players. We flew to Arizona on two separate occasions for my son to play in high school baseball tournaments and each time we went to Cleats. He liked the selection of gear and I enjoyed the friendly customer service! read more

CLEATS IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a basic shirt and shorts through their website for my son's pe class to be delivered to Gilbert. Over two weeks later they haven't been delivered! I called Cleats several times with no answer. Left voice message a few days ago and never got a call back. read more

A very good place to shop. My family were tourist on vacation and needed to buy equipment in PHX. The inventory of equipment was endless, and the customer service was amazing, they answered everyone of my questions. I would return again and again. read more

Hey CLEATS you guys are great! Thanks for having everything that we need for our 7 year old Football player even though its not Football season! What a concept, carry equipment even when its not in season! Great idea. I think the other large chain athletic places ( sports authoricrap and DICKSucks sporting goods) should take a Que from you! THANKS! 4.5 stars in my book...Took away one little stare because you all didn't have the exact size we needed but had one close enough! And my kid is tiny so its not your fault i am sure! read more

For my sons 21st birthday I wanted to make him a baseball jersey so I had seen this store for quite a while and decided to see if they could help me. From my first interaction with their staff everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was only ordering one jersey and they treated me like I was ordering enough for an entire league. They took my design for a logo, established date etc and made me an awesome button up jersey that looked professional and classic. I even was late to the party on ordering it and they still made sure I was able to have it in time, going as far as meeting me before they opened so I could get it before I went out of town. Class all the way around and highly recommend using them for any of your baseball/softball/cool gift ideas. Thanks again to the entire team for making my vision become a reality!! read more

Cleats is the best! Our daughter pitches and we have exchanged 2 sets of Mizuno metal cleats. Both were coming apart at the seams and they happily replaced them each time. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff! We buys all our softball gear from Cleats! read more

If you're ever in the need of embroidery or uniform I highly recommend this place! They also have a quick turnaround usually 24-48 hours and the employees are super friendly and helpful!

I can't believe how much designs have changed. They have so many different styles and fabrics too. The only bummer was that they didn't have many of the styles I liked in the color I wanted in stock. I wear small bottoms and I could only find either larger sizes or small but in petite or tall. Yeah I could order them online but would take 2 weeks and I'm just not patient. I had also forgotten how expensive scrubs are. The average is about $25 for tops and $35 for bottoms. This place offers a $10.00 coupon for every $200 spent. Not much but better than nothing. The day I came in Jayme was very helpful and nice. She was working alongside another young woman and they both kept on asking if I needed help without being overbearing. I still have a long way to go to refill my scrubs wardrobe but I'm sure I will continue to frequent this store to do so.

Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.
