Every single staff member I had contact with from from Erica who answered the phone to Jonathan Szabo who initially took down my information and details to narrow down the issues to Frank Sandifer and Chris Harman who actually did the installation were courteous, professional and patient. They turned a disaster into a smooth operation and they made me look like a rockstar at work. I called Wright on a Friday and they were in my office on that Monday morning. The phones were set up and working before they left on the same day, which is incredible since it's not even a model of phone system that they even have experience with. Even better, every time I've called them since? They have responded not only before COB but within two hours. I couldn't recommend them more for any IT services or needs that any business might have.
