Without going into the story, I'll just say that I needed a new transmission (a basic 4L60E) for my sedan, found their price reasonable, and called them in mid-April. They were nice. It's now been six months in dealing with this outfit. During that time, I was told I'd get a stock-built trans with the torque converter in 10-14 days delivered to the shop of my choice. That turned into about six weeks even after repeated calls and texts and after they cashed my check (they only take checks). The trans finally showed up at the shop in absolute crap condition, cellophane-wrapped to a wood pallet and with no promised torque converter. It also exhibited concerning discrepancies that made me cringe and question the build quality inside. The mechanics at the shop even recommended against installing it. When I sent pictures of the issues to the builder, they even said it was not right and would offer a full refund. So I sent it back in mid June (still on the same pallet) and requested the full refund. I was told that the trans would need to be torn down to assure there was no damage. If none was found, a full-amount check would be sent in 14-21 days and they would cover the return shipping costs. Reasonable. Three months went by after that and still no check even after calling twice a day to get some hope there was progress. I just kept getting lame excuse after lame excuse when they would answer, which was occasionally. Calling them is useless, no one picks up the phone except maybe once a week. And when you do get someone, they say they'll call you back and never, ever do. I can't tell you how many times I've been 'promised' a call back with no follow through. That's absolutely infuriating. The customer is not a priority to them at all and I honestly don't know how they're even staying in business, nor do I care anymore. They don't dyno their trans and their build quality is garbage. Don't deal with this place no matter how badly you need a trans. Spend the extra money and give your business to a reputable outfit that has at least some moral standards for how they build their products and serve their clientele. They guys have neither. UPDATE: After 4 months of going round and round with these people just on the refund alone, I finally got a refund check minus 30% for some bs restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipping they said they'd cover. They said they sold the trans they built for me very soon after they received it in June so why am I getting charged a restocking fee months after they sold it again? A filing with the BBB will happen very soon against these guys. read more

Do Not Trust this company. We ordered the product and paid in full December 2020. It took three months to finally receive the product and it was damaged and missing components. The product was returned and a refund was promised, never received. Excessive excuses, they don't answer their phone, they refuse to provide manager information and customer service is a joke. Still waiting for my $1099 refund. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Avoid at all cost!! read more

No response to phone calls or emails, only a few random texts (more lies) of 'theyre leaving first thing Monday'. all lies. requires CashApp payment instead of a credit card so that customers are not able to dispute the charge, and then on 8/23/2023 I received One of the transmissions that I ordered, at It was miss the torque converter. I drove less than 40,000 miles on the transmission I purchased from these LIARS, only to have it go bad. Yes, I installed aftermarket cooler and the tranny install was done by a professional shop. There's a reason this company....Atransmission and Rebuilttransmissionsupply are the cheapest price on the internet....they cut corners and sell transmissions that are not rebuilt correctly or use old parts.Next, they don't honor the warranty!!!! ordered a rebuilt trans for my avalanche. 5 weeks later I got it. put it in today with a gm technician. the damn thing leaked fluid all over the place and is. now broken down on the side of the road. will update. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from them!! First, I went on their website and using their drop down guides to select year/make/model/engine size, it came up with one option for my truck. It listed a 5r55e for my 1998 ford ranger. I was not aware of the significance of these numbers until the next day when I realized that was the wrong transmission. The 5r55e was not offered in that truck with the options I selected on their website. The CORRECT transmission is the 4r44e. I immediately called to change the order and find out why the correct transmission was not on their website. The sale rep/owner informed me, it would have been to much work to list every transmission on his site! Excuse me? So you would rather sell your customers the wrong transmission rather make your website correct? I should have asked for a refund then. But he assured me he would correct that and send me the correct transmission promptly. Second, Their customer service is horrible. Promises that turn out to be lies, long waits on hold, continually being transferred to other departments, and hang ups. They basically became non existent for any customer service once the order was processed. I finally had enough and cancelled my order when they were 2 days behind on their maximum shipping date. They would not even help me cancel my order. They hung up on me so I had to log a dispute with my credit card company who immediately credited my account while they retrieve the money from this horrible company. Read the reviews!! Go to all the sites and read the reviews before you go to this company. We did not do that unfortunately. This company is a complete scam. We originally purchased a Tramsmission on June 30th. We were sent an email stating we would get our package within 7-10 business days. We are moving so it was a big deal to us to get the part as soon as possible which is why we confirmed with an email. It is now Sept. 18th and after multiple calls and asking for status update after status update and being lied to multiple times about being sent a shipping number we finally asked for a refund. For days, because we are now calling days in a row, we ask for a refund only to be told someone is out of the office or so and so only can do this. We never get a call back or a refund. My husband finally calls today and speaks with Kevin. Who had been "helping us" this entire time. After the same runaround as always my husband asked to speak with a supervisor and is told that fuckwads aren't allowed to speak with his boss and is hung up on. We have finally asked our bank to get involved and help us get our $1000 back. We were only just looking for honesty and a transmission. This company cannot offer you either. I have now gone back and read their reviews and they are all the same. This company is a scam that steals your money and is rude while they do it. We totally understand things are tough with covid.
