I've never met people so helpful and so kind! I came for a few things that could help my mom with her post hip surgery and found everything I needed. You just let them know the list of things you need and they literally run to the back to grab it. Steve, Judy, and 2 other men were so helpful with helping me load my over stuffed car. Im so thankful to have found a place like this. There were so many people dropping off and donating as there were also a good amount of people looking for specific items to take home as well. I saw the way the staff interacted with everyone and it was amazing to see how the community was so warm with each other. A lot of the equipment is donated from being lightly/moderately used, but there also were some pretty new unused/unopened equipment as well. They are open every Thursday for Medical Supply/Handicap Equipment pick up from 10am-3pm. You pick what you need and you donate any amount you'd like.

The meeting went so well that we cancelled our other information meetings. As Director of Care Management, Victoria is superb at building rapport, assessing our needs, and communicating effectively. Our caregivers, Connie L., and Sophia De la C., are just plain wonderful. We knew we had a good team in place when our 96-yr-old Mom, who had fiercely resisted home care, is regularly laughing with Connie or Sophia, who are kind, energetic, and bring good ideas for engaging with Mom to the table. Our Mom regularly says "today was a good day" after her caregiving shifts. We know alot goes on behind the scenes to ensure good people are hired, trained and matched so well, so thanks to Karen R. too -- and especially so for responding so speedily to get us home care when we had a personal emergency, and couldn't leave Mom alone. For a business that is all about people, Home Instead runs a first-rate home care agency. Kudos.

Tiffaney stepped in and immediately brought clarity to the situation. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained our options in a way that actually made sense, and connected us with care providers that were not only available, but truly high quality and reliable. What stood out the most was her responsiveness and professionalism. In a situation where timing is everything, she made sure we were not left waiting or guessing. She followed through on everything she said and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. Their social workers would assume and only listen to my mom's last caregiver (evil minded) instead of really understand what's going on meaning they're destroying a family relationship instead of helping. I've the best relationship with my mom especially after my dad passed away because she's the only parent I've got. Additionally, one of their staff is very rude (back then) when I was just dropping off the last sponsorship for the walkathon that I've collected. NOTE: That lady has the nerve to say "only ten dollars" when it was the last sponsorship I collected. It looks like they're not professional enough to provide service. I told myself that I would never help their organization again nor my friends. They really need to train their staff to have better judgment and behavior. ***If there were zero rating then that's what I would give. This is one of the bad experiences I would never forget.***

After years being responsible for providing caregiving and establishing services for my mother and…read morenow my sister, who requires 24 hour care, I highly recommend CrossRoads for home care services. My sister was in an assisted nursing care facility for 6 months, and the thought of her continuing to reside in a similar environment was heartbreaking. While there, the numerous and almost monthly visits to the ER due to UTIs, inadequate doctor and care oversite, lack of consistent and timely drug and therapy services was truly unacceptable for her health. My sister is now living with my family in our home, and CrossRoads has allowed us to find an alternative path to her care along with using other support teams. From CrossRoads, we received scheduled physical, occupational and nursing services. Their exceptional services have allowed my sister to remain in a home environment and us to build a secure loving environment for her long-term care. I have used other home care services, and would consistently request for CrossRoads services. Her medical needs are addressed by a caring, effective, reliable, proactive and incredible staff at CrossRoads. I could not have asked for a better team to help with this unprecedented emotional and physical challenge my family has undertaken. Our physical therapist Jason, engages, motivates and physically prepares my sister for mobility and flexibility and encourages her to maintain and maximize her existing mobility. My sister enjoys their conversations. He is responsive, consistent and timely. We could not have asked for a better partner in providing the physical and emotional support my sister and my family require. He is simply the best and anyone would be lucky to have him on their team. I worked with Shanel, nurse and case manager, for both my mother's and sister's home care. She is incredibly responsive and experienced in addressing the medical needs that arise. She is proactive in recommending solutions and next steps, all of which provides assurance that as medical needs arise, they will be addressed immediately. Shanel de-escalates the stress and uncertainty surrounding medical situations. Shanel provides the confidence that home care is a viable and very workable situation in partnering with my sister's medical team. It's very obvious that Shanel enjoys her work and patients, and truly focuses on the customers' needs. When my sister arrived at our home, Sabrina, Occupational Therapist, immediately identified tools, equipment and recommendations that provided additional comfort to my sister and to our family and support caregivers in mitigating our physical demands. She was incredibly efficient and facilitated accommodating our needs immediately with her experience and resources. I feel our sister received the best care from Sabrina and CrossRoads in tailoring our home as effectively as possible in maximizing my sister's care. Equally important as the effective direct skills of the CrossRoads staff, is the intangible support they provide my sister and to us. We don't feel alone in caregiving, many times a heartbreaking process. We feel there is an incredible team available to support the care of my sister. My sister is engaged and enjoys interacting with the entire staff providing for good moments.

Our physical therapist, Ms Noel, seemed to have a special understanding of my husband's situation that helped reduce his pain whenever she visited.
