I would not have finished the large. I chose grilled chicken and the Chipotle spicy chicken. It was spicy! The other options are salmon, shrimp, crab, etc. The service was good.. I didn't get the guy's name but he seemed new or maybe he was shy. Very soft spoken This salad set me back $15! Drink is separate The dining area tables were not clean at least the one I was sitting at was not. If I'm in the area again, I will return.

Salata has a ton of options for wraps, fillings, and sauses, plus you can build it exactly how you like. Service was quick and the whole place was bright, clean, and welcoming. If you're in the mood for something lighter, you can go the salad route instead. Definitely worth it if you want something fresh but still indulgent!

I received a huge, well made (and mixed!) bowl of shredded (and massaged -- so it's not tough to chew, eat or digest) kale, wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted almonds, apples, goat cheese, and a very generous amount of tender roasted chicken (40g of protein!!) all tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. I paired my food with kombucha and leaned into my health kick.* With every bite my hunger lessened and I felt like I was empowering my body. There weren't many places to sit in Krog Market so I recommend getting your food to go and sitting outside on the Beltline. read more
