Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I am not sure how much beneficial that was. However it was a great time meditate . I highly recommend this place. It is welcoming and inviting. Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. I met Nancy and requested a 1 hour deep tissue massage on my lower back, hips and shoulders to help alleviate my osteoarthritis pain. Nancy used medium pressure and not once did she cause me to jump when finding muscle knots. I paid $60 for my massage and gave her a $20 tip for her great work.
