***Buyers Beware***. Post sales service is none existent. Drove from western NY to SC to Purchase a 2024 338BHS from RecreationUSA. We had them install a tankless water heater for $1800 in addition to the cost ($70k+) of the camper. The system never delivered hot water consistently, not even at our delivery walk through. On our second trip out the tank sprung a leak and had to be replaced by a mobile repair tech which cost us a pretty penny. According to the mobile tech it wasn't installed properly and was probably defective. I've tried to contact my rep and the service manager and emailed them the repair invoices. The best I have ever got was "someone in management will reach out to you". Months have gone by and now I'm not even getting my emails responded to. I'm not even upset about the money. I just don't want anyone else to be scammed by Recreation USA. read more

They took better care of me than the local dealers did and gave me a better deal (even with delivery 400 miles away they were WAY WAY WAY less than the local dealers). I found the floorplan I wanted, got a great price, and had it delivered to Middle Georgia the Friday after Thanksgiving. Pat, Chris, and Lori couldn't have been better to work with. They took care of everything from start to finish. THIS is the place you want to go because they EARN your business. They don't take you for granted like the national dealers do. Dealer practices deceptive advertising and predatory sales tactics. Be careful! I purchased a 6 month old, never titled, 2022 5th wheel they said was in perfect condition and they had gone through it and everything worked. We were 2,000 miles away in Colorado so we relied upon them. Since the unit was not ever titled and was less than 6 months old it was reasonable to expect the unit would be ok. Once the unit was delivered I noticed 14 holes drilled in the bottom in two areas. When I hooked up the water to flush the black tank for the second bath, water came out of the hose (missing back flow insert) and water was gushing out from 5 holes near the tank. They agreed to send repair service to inspect the unit. They said he never provided an estimate. So they sent another service man out. He provided them an estimate and when I followed up, the dealer said they were not going to fix it. Dealer said we bought it as is. Working the purchase on this unit was by phone and reviewing pics online. Salesperson NEVER told us the unit was as is. What could be wrong with a six month old unit that was never titled along with assurance from dealership that they went through it? Buyer beware!! They lied. They new it was damaged. read more

I was expecting to get haggled, have a long wait time, be dealt with unprofessionally, and have to put on my navigating cap to really sift through all the details; However this was not my experience. I can guarantee that is not the case when doing business with this company. The owners and people are truly incredible to work with. They completely surpassed all of my expectations. The experience was pretty mind blowing and genuinely outstanding compared to anything I've ever experienced. Hands down, I would never even consider using another company. We are going on our very first camping trip in the new camper we got from these guys. I have to hand it to them, they know how to get one over on you. We had been noticing a foul smell for a week now but thought maybe it was the refrigerator being closed. We opened it up to allow it to air out. The smell never went away. Last night before we headed out, my husband wanted to make sure the tank lights were ok. When he turned on the black tank was showing full. He went outside and emptied a full black tank. These guys we bought it from never checked to see if it was empty prior to selling. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR TANK LIGHTS BEFORE PURCHASING!!! are not honest or reliable. Let me tell you. We purchased a used camper last year. It was delivered without a walk through. When we got there, it was so dirty inside, it too me 3hrs to clean it. The frig and freezer were so filled with mildew and didnt work, the heater didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work the roof fans were broken, the curtain knobs were broken windows were so black, there was leak in the roof., peeling wallpaper, a friend tried to fix what he could. They were cob jobs just so we can use the camper that we were paying for. So Jon the owner had one of his driver take the camper in October to a camper dealer to have the repairs fixed. When he found out what the cost was he said no. So the driver took it from New York to South Carolina in February. I was promised it by the 1st of may. Didnt get it until the 2nd week in June. When I got it the air conditioning didn't work, the frig only works on electric , no heat, and the hot water only work on LP they drained the water didnt refill the tank we didn't know and turned it on. Oh yeah and when we finally got it , it still wasn't cleaned, the drivers girlfriend told me it would be a couple hours to clean it. They are untrustworthy, liers, and are not good to the customer. We will never recommend them. We will be going to the BBB for further action. I have tried to talk to the owner but that was impossible. Never return my calls, blocked me from Facebook. The trailer is a piece of shit. He never offer to trade or make good. Please go somewhere else to buy. read more
