I appreciated the warm welcome. There was a bit of a wait in the shoe department. I finally got assistance from Alex. Alex was polite and expressed empathy for the wait. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days. The service was appreciated. Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I felt good spending my money here with customer service reps who appreciate having customers to assist.

An employee came in the side door, walked past us on his way to the register. It was disappointing to not have one customer service rep asked if we needed assistance. Such customer service or lack there of is alarming. Perhaps the staff has been trained to help a certain clientele and we are not it. After about 20 minutes, we decided to leave. The staff did say by as we were walking out of the door which came across as thanks for leaving. We will get our supplies when we reach our destination and buy local.

We wandered the store and overall the place was stocked with a great selection. I loved the Yeri wall, so colorful, and pretty much every size you could dream of. If you are a runner they have a huge running shoe section in the back of the store and had quite a few good deals on clearance shoes. The gold area where you could test out clubs was built in entertainment for my toddler. It was neat watching people hit balls and figure out the right club to purchase. I was also impressed by the women's clothing selection. They had quite the selection the price point varied and for most pieces I'd probably hold off for a sale. Parking is super easy and on a Saturday the store wasn't that busy.
