They said they provide estimates only on the day of service, once the car is on-site. WHAT? I can tell you what my car is, and exactly what I need, but you can't provide an estimate in advance? Ridiculous. I wasted an hour of my time and a gallon of gas on this wild goose chase. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.

He damaged the stripping on the roof (apparently the buffer got away from him (see picture), and the rest of the buff job looks like $%÷*% with all the swirls in the clear coat, compound left in the crevices. He also said he couldn't buff hatch because of the spoiler..total lies, bull, and laziness. Now I have to take the car to a detailer and pay $125 to polish the car, when I already paid Alan $150!!
