I'm mainly updating my review to respond to "Dai's" negative review, only to say I was, in fact, Stefani's later appointment that day. I arrived on time and saw Dai leaving with her daughter. Not sure why she implied in her review that Stefani's next appointment never arrived. I also have to say that getting your lashes done is a very delicate and tedious process, so I can only imagine how distracting it must have been for Stefani having Dai's daughter constantly interrupting while she was trying to concentrate. I met Stefani this past week for a basic brow wax and I'm blown away! When I first arrived at the salon, she made me feel comfortable and asked me about my needs for my brows-- it had been about two months since my last wax, so I was looking rough! After rehashing how I tried to pluck my own brows and destroyed them in high school, Stefani actually took the time to map out my brows to demonstrate what she would be waxing off and why. I haven't had that kind of treatment in years! I struggle nowadays with sparser brows, and Stefani was able to create a newer brow shape for me that gave me much thicker brows than I'm used to. Normally I shy away from this kind of look, but Stefani showed me how to properly fill them in and create a more natural arch. I have lots of skin sensitivities and allergies and she took the right steps to ensure I'd be okay. She did a patch test on me. She uses top quality products too! Highly recommend her!
