Three out of four of us were started while one friend sat in her pedicure chair for over 10 minutes without even getting water added, which immediately made things feel a little disorganized. I paid for one of the more expensive pedicures that included a 15-minute massage, but honestly it was one of the most lackluster massages I've ever had. The technician kept looking at the clock behind me during it, which felt awkward and somehow made me feel rushed or guilty for taking the full service, not exactly the relaxing spa experience you hope for when spending around $90 on a pedicure. At one point I was left sitting with hot towels on my legs long enough for them to turn basically ice cold before someone different came back to finish the service. I also wish pricing had been communicated more clearly. I wasn't given an option between regular or gel polish, and wasn't told gel would be an extra $20 until checkout. That said, my nails did turn out cute in the end. I just don't think the overall experience matched the price point, and I personally probably wouldn't return.

I got in anyway, and it began. 0 heat, 0 warmth... I got up and asked her why the machine was having no heat or warmth. She started the BS that these are the latest and that tanning machines that get warm are "bad." I already began to be irritated and felt scammed, and boy was I right. After calling her out on her BS. I said I do not feel comfortable & would like a refund on the package, and want to pay only for the few minutes session I used today (she gave me back 110 dollars & kept 40 dollars), saying that's how much a 1 session costs.
