The gochuchang fried chicken was super crispy and tasty and was the perfect pairing with my beer! Then we had the hamachi chili and salmon crudo cold tastings, the latter of which was probably my favorite thing we ordered because their salmon is just that good. These paired super well with the hot green tea we shared! Then we had several of their signature sushi rolls: the rainbow, hamachi garden (my wife's favorite), the salmon sake (my favorite and her close second), and the mt Fuji (my second fav), which is their most expensive roll at only $16.50. The grand total came out to be almost $200 with a good tip because this was our first date night in a long time so we splurged and ordered a ton of food so we could try everything, but overall their prices are extremely fair, and I'd say honestly underpriced considering how quality the food is. You could definitely dine here for under $100 for two people if you didn't stuff yourself till you were about to burst lol. I genuinely hope this place gets the recognition and business it deserves bc I've seen so many closed businesses since I've been in Wichita Falls for work for a few weeks, and this kind of place is definitely better than you'd expect to find in a little town like this one.
