My interest rate on my loan was even lowered than pre-negotiated which was nice. I was very skeptical coming from the other side of the Country to buy a car but the entire process was very upfront with no hidden markups or hidden upgrades I did not want. Ok, after SIX weeks, this dealer finally came up with…read moremy forms that I signed and am legally supposed to have copies of anything I sign, pertinent to the purchase of my used car. I finally had to resort to threatening them with having an attorney send a demand letter for the pages. The people at Nissan of NA told me I would have to send this letter to THEM!!! And, they mad it abundantly clear they would do NOTHING to help me with the dealer as it was privately owned. So, getting the pages from them, including the CARFAX report upped this review from * to **! Still not good, but when I finally put the need in words the sales manager could understand, it went from "we don't do this" to "we shred these forms" all of which I know is bogus. If they are legal forms, acknowledging I understood the purchase, they cannot shred them. So, I told him "If you buy a house, you get all copies of pages you signed, including ones you put your initials on every page, even blank ones" therefore, you have them and you will give them to me. Bottom Line: I finally got the CARFAS and TEN pages I signed! And, I no longer have any reference advertising the dealer on the back of my car!

My wife and I traveled over 2 hours to bring my used Husqvarna to have some work done. I originally called and spoke to Hunter regarding my-new-to-me bike, what I was looking for, and what I was hoping to get out of this bike. He made recommendations and I was told he could perform the work while we waited in the area. I took my wife to the nearby Buc-cee's while we waited. Hunter was very clear with communication with what work was done and could potentially be done. We also has the opportunity to meet the owner, Clinton who made it a point to come out and thank us for being a customer. Hunter was accurate with his time estimate and it worked out perfectly. On the way home, I called a friend and recommended he call them before he wastes any time with other shops. They appear to spend money on staff rather than flat screen TVs, coffee and donuts. The place is neat and clean but nothing fancy, just how I want my mechanic's shop to be. Spend your money on the things that matter most, the quality of people you hire and their training. I work in Cookeville but live an hour away and have tried multiple shops closer to home, as of now I'll be inconveniencing myself to come here, they're just that good!

Never said it needed any frontend parts replaced but has 280,000 miles on it and still aligned it. He did is own inspection afterwards and discovered bad upper ball joints(literally could shake the wheel with is hands) but they still aligned it. Plus hammer marks on the tie rod ends, and took 2 hours to make it worse just to basically say it can't be aligned properly without the kit nevermind the worn out parts lol...pit stop tire will give you the best job and will tell you what your car needs to do a correct alignment before taking any money or touching your vehicle..what happened to giving the best service for the best experience, it's turned into a smash and grab world...I got to add a star to complete this review, what a joke

I brought my 2011 Honda Element to South Willow Auto Clinic to have them install new headlight…read moreassemblies that had oxidized horribly. I brought them the OEM parts to use, but the bracket on one assembly was broken. I tried reaching out to the online parts dealer to get a replacement sent overnight, but they couldn't get it to me that quick. Since the car's bumper had been removed for the install, I didn't want to have the bumper re-installed a second time. I called the local Honda dealership to get the OEM part, but they couldn't promise it to me for 3 to 4 days. Stacy @ South Willow Auto Clinic called the dealership on my behalf, and got them to get it the very next day. While the dealer's price was more than I paid online, being able to get the part so quickly avoided me having to have the bumper removed/replaced a second time. Stacy also charged me the same amount for the dealer's part. He was truly a life-saver. I am so pleased with the remarkable customer service and help provided by Stacy. I will definitely bring my vehicles to South Willow Auto Clinic in the future. I highly recommend them.

I was given the estimate of $625 when I dropped the vehicle off, so imagine my shock when they told me the bill was $840. That is 40% more than the estimate. On top of this they charged a service charge of 4% for using my debit card which is above the average merchant cost of 2-3%. I was never notified of this increase prior to them doing the work. Very deceitful business practice. Would not recommend and I will never take a vehicle to them again.
