Gd food, clean place. It nice to see a Chinese take out place that you can eat in too and it's clean. Rare! Fountain drinks and refill all you want when you eat in. Well, I got a flier today in the mail and I decided I am gonna try it out... It was 10 minutes before the lunch specials ended so I called up right away and ordered the lunch combo of the chicken pad thai dish which came with either a soup or egg roll for $5.99, I chose the soup. The delivery took about 30 minutes which is what they said it would take so that was good bc we all know waiting for delivery when you are starving is frigin torture... Well anyway i immediately dug in and the chicken pad thai, it looked great it was a HUGE portion for $5.99! I didn't even finish it bc it was so big so I saved the other half for dinner. It was very good even better then the local Thai restaurant in town and for a third of the price! It had a pretty great flavor and the noodles were cooked just right. Their was also a generous helping of chicken which is amazing bc chinese restaurants usually skimp out when I t comes to the meat part of the dish. I also had ordered a pint of pork fried rice to eat with the dinner I was making later that night so I would have less work to do lol. I tried just a spoon full bc I was already stuffed and it was pretty good not to oniony or greasy. The soup looked good (wonton) but like I said was already full so ate that with dinner. It was pretty good not too salty but tasted little different then most wonton soups i had tried, it was good but a little bitter? I guess you can call the taste bitter not sure what else to call it... BUt all in all it was a good experience which is hard for me with Chinese or asian food in general bc most places make me swell up like a balloon. This place didn't and for $10.95 got a lot of food which was basically my lunch and dinner and part of my family's dinner... couldn't as for a better chinese meal! This is the best Thai food in this area. The portions are big. They have the lun h specials 7 days a week. We have had half the menu of the lunch menu and each is better then the last. The family who owns and runs this place is so friendly and nice. The Thai basil chicken, Japan teryaki chicken, General Tso's chicken, Boneless spare ribs, Mongolian beef, Pai Thai noodles cannot be beat. This is a must eat place. read more

Food is outstanding, I've tried the (super spicy) Sun Devil Chicken and the (appropriately spicy) Chicken Pad Thai. Portions are generous and there is a fair proportion of meat to veggies which is very hard to find around here. Delivery orders come with fortune cookies which is a make or break for me. Delivery times are long. If you live in Lodi expect at least an hour even for lunch. read more

We order from then every couple of weeks. The food is always delicious and plentiful. We usually get the chicken lettuce wraps, crab rangoon, or chicken pad thai. The prices are very good and they always deliver in a short period of time. I also like that the food doesn't give that bloated MSG feeling that a lot of chinese food does give you. I really didn't think you could mess up a staple of Chinese takeout, but somehow Red Bowl managed to do so. I came here once before an ordered "Japanese Style Teriyaki " and I couldn't even finish it. Today I decided to play it safe and order Chicken and Broccoli with white rice and the chicken is scarce and oddly textured while the rice tastes about a week old. My girlfriend and I have been at Red Bowl a few times and it is hands down the best take-out Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. The price is reasonable for both the quality and quantity of food served there. I have never had delivery since it close to where I live, but they are prompt and quick with their take-out orders. Awful experience when I ordered the last time. The owner was very nasty when I ordered the last time. I asked for less broccoli and more meat in the order since the last time I ordered a dinner portion and there was very little beef. Then picked up the food and paid she was bagging it and said see we don't give only 4 pieces. The order was also wrong I ordered brown rice and it was white she gave it to the cook then he bought it to someone that was in the back and I waited 5 mins more for him to come out with my food. I am disappointed since I was going there 2-3 times a week. She should not be treating customers this way. read more

Went here with the hub after a long work day. We both had a taste for thai n found this place on yelp :) . The reviews are what lead me there but the food has made me a future repeat customer. I love thai food n I'm really critical when it comes to my meat n my spice...well boy did this place exceed my expectations. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE !!! I started with the crab ragoon ( which came highly recommended) n they were awesome. Light n crispy...homemade for sure. My hub had the beef sticks which were so tender ! Then the main course came...( we then realized our eyes were bigger then our stomachs) I had the thai basil beef which was packed with perfectly cooked veggies, tender beef n just the right kick. Hub had the pad thai pork...was so good..n they did it without the peanuts since we both have a bad allergy. Overall I am very satisfied with this place n recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself. I just ordered for the first time along with my office staff from this restaurant and it was definitely borderline amazing! The delivery took over an hour - not too good. Clifton is not that far from Wallington, especially Main Avenue in Clifton. Crab Rangoon - All the reviews were correct with this. It was AMAZING! Large portion size too! A definite must have! Lunch Special Boneless Ribs with egg roll and pork fried rice - Incredible. The ribs were loaded with sauce. The egg roll was slightly well done, but I like it that way! Fried Rice was very tasty and loaded with pieces of pork. Nice portion size! Lunch Special General Tso's Chicken with white rice and Shrimp Egg Roll - Only 25 cents extra for the shrimp egg roll, however, it was way too well done. The General Tso's Chicken was delicious. Put my co-worker in a food coma. HAHA! A definite keeper! Nice size portion, too. Lunch Special Shrimp with Cashew Nuts, white rice and egg drop soup - The egg drop soup was bland. Didn't finish it after some tasting. The Shrimp with Cashew Nuts was very good. Would definitely recommend! Great portion, too. Overall, we all enjoyed the meal. The food here seems like most Asian take out places I been to or had seen. Given a few items that were in the menu that I haven't seen in other places. The are really friendly here, relaxed environment. Even the son is working hard, who you can tell is saving up for college. Pretty good for delivery and fairly quick. The pad thai was pretty good but on the salty side so it leaves a little aftertaste that I can't quite figure out (since they say they don't use MSG). The crab rangoon are good but I had no idea what they were when I ordered them. I just trusted fellow reviewers. If you don't know either, its like a crab flavored cream cheese inside a egg roll skin. Its good but I'm not in love like others. I also got their honey walnut shrimp since I've been craving it, but their version isn't quite what I had in mind or hoped for. I give it a 3 but will need to make a trip into the city to get what I had in mind. However, they do provide generous portions and I'll likely order from them again. read more

This was my family's favorite Chinese restaurant. It would be the only place we would order from. Went in yesterday and brought home take out. When I was there I noticed new workers and saw them cooking different than they usually would. When we got home and ate the food it was smaller than usual. Containers not even filled all the way. Everything we ordered except the bottled soda was horrible. I can't even explain what it tasted like. I called and they told me they were new owners.
