That's why today's experience was disappointing. I asked a technician which oil was correct for my 2023 Lincoln Navigator after noticing two different DuraMAX oils on display. He recommended the wrong one and, when I questioned it, became rude, dismissive, and disrespectful instead of taking the time to verify the correct specification. I requested another technician, and he completely turned the experience around. He was professional, courteous, verified that my vehicle required SAE 5W-30, showed me the correct oil before servicing my vehicle, and answered my questions with patience and respect. I appreciate the second technician for his excellent service. My only suggestion is to ensure all employees are well-trained on both vehicle specifications and customer service. That's the level of professionalism that has kept me coming back to this location.

I was in a hurry and I should've walked around the truck to inspect the work. instead I hopped in and took off and went on about my business. I spent $25.00 on the WHEEL DEAL, and paid an extra $10 to have the rubber mats washed I can still write my name on the dash from the dust as you can tell it was not even touched. Walking around the truck the front grill and bumper as well as the back bumper have dirt all over it. You can see the brush marks from the car wash. The side rails are just as bad. I'm very disappointed. To be clear, I was not looking for a full detail. But just a wash and wipe it down. You can't hardly even tell, it's been to a car wash today.

He would not take charges off and said I would have to bring it back for the service. So he basically charged my company for services not rendered.
