Great services all around...daycare, boarding and grooming. Our dogs come home exhausted from playing so much in a day. Prices are very reasonable and the accommodations are more than ample for all canines. This is an example of some recent amazing care. I was just on vacation for over a week in Europe, with limited ability to communicate with anyone back home. Well the day we leave, one dog gets sick and is in the vet trying to figure out what is wrong, ends up on a special diet and meds. I talked it over with Melissa and she said bring him in anyway..."we got this". Over the course of out trip we got daily reports on our pup and when we got home he was doing much better and was on the mend... Now totally fine. Having that piece of mind while away was great this is just one of the many examples of how great they are. I've had 3 dogs who call this place home away from home and half the time they jump out of the car and kick down the doors to get back in. And 2 of these dogs have been going since they were 8 weeks old.

Some people complain that they want "too many tests," but most of the ones I've seen recommended for my own pets are what is considered best practice, per friends in the veterinary field. They always err on the side of caution. I appreciate that... I would rather know that we have covered all our bases than save a couple of bucks. Speaking of, I've also heard some people complain that they are too expensive. I think they are slightly pricier than other clinics in the area, but not massively so. I also feel like they provide a very high standard of care, and to me that is worth it.

I was quoted $250 for cats spay the day before I went in when they called to confirm them when I when in they charged me $375 and said inflation but that's a blatant lie that they just want to take the money of college student because inflation doesn't change the cost over night. tried to force me to get a bunch of un need procedure on my cat just to squeeze more money out of me. definitely recommend any other place then this on. not to mention when I dropped my cat off for the spay they tried to charge me $1500 for a spay. I had to argue with them for hours explaining I didn't what these others procedure that they were adding on without even asking me if I wanted that for my cat. honestly just avoid this place, no care for animal.

They didn't even tell me or apologize or send her home with ointment. Do not take your animal here!…read more We took our dog here for about 2 years and at first they were very attentive. Anything that was routine was fine, but then our dog got very sick. At first, the problem seemed straightforward, but four months in we were still trying different medicines and making no progress. We kept calling and they did not seem concerned. After the last round of medicine did not work, I asked to please speak with the vet to know what our plan of action is because our dog had been sick for so long and was not getting any better. They promised they would respond and when we got there to pick up the medicine they told us that the vet could only talk to us in a week after we'd been asking this question for months. We asked if we should seek a second opinion to try and better figure out what was going on and they said that wouldn't be helpful at that time. We told them that our dog was worse than ever, had lost almost 10 lbs (for a 40 lbs dog) and was having diarrhea and vomiting. They did nothing. We finally rushed our dog to the MSU Veterinary clinic and they had us stop EVERYTHING this vet told us to do. Within days our dog was starting to feel better. We have been with them ever since and our dog is leaps and bounds feeling better than she ever did with four months of medications, special foods, and endless amounts of phone tag just to get resources from this vet. We left a message for them telling them that we were bringing our dog to MSU ER and they never called us back or checked in. When we called asking for our dog's medical records they said they heard about the ER but never asked how our dog was doing. When we asked for our dog's medical records for MSU they made us wait two days and charged us $40 to print out paper because they didn't have "good luck with email." Lastly, when we went to MSU ER they treated us excellently and told us it was critical we came in. Our dog was very anemic and that vet emailed us constantly checking on our dog because of her condition and squeezed us into a specialist within a week. When we were in the waiting room at the MSU specialist we met another woman there. She was asking about our dog because she is so young. We told her the whole story and she asked who our vet was and my dad told her it was someplace on Sandhill. Her face got very serious and said Dr. Sue by name and said they left this place too because they cost them an animal. When we called Sandhill to let them know that we no longer will be doing business with them they said "thank you," and did not ask any other questions. Please take your animals someplace else. Although they seem nice at first, when you really need the help they leave you hanging and it could cost you your animal's life. Luckily we found that out before it was too late.

In our case it was Boonieland Weims back east all the way out to California. We were sent tracker photos of the 2 pups on the trip and updates on potty and eating activities. Much more than we expected. Door to door service, a very nice transport van, regular walks along the way, a well organized delivery schedule with not too many other's on board so the trip was more straight forward that we imagined it could be. These are very kind people, who love the pets and care about how they take care and transport.

It was a long period, so I was really considerate and careful when choosing the dog sitter. Then I met Sasha and she completely gained my trust! She offered to meet before the actual date to get to know my pup. She took the schedule and every instruction I gave her seriously and she stick to it! I honestly can not do a better job myself. Of course Sasha gave me up to date on my puppy everyday (she took amazing pictures lol). Tbh I was even a bit jealous to see Bim having so much fun with her :D One HUGE bonus point: Bim actually gets better with commands and he even learns some new tricks!!
