Yet when I brought him for his first visit, he was nervous, I could see he wasn't afraid. He loved his groomer! When I picked him up he looked lovely, and I could just tell, he wasn't traumatized as he sometimes can be a bit when he has to go to the groomer. My instructions were followed to the letter and the groomer listened patiently to my concerns about my little Levi and his issues. Even though this groomer is quite far from my home, the experience for Levi was so positive, I'll be taking him back!

Great services all around...daycare, boarding and grooming. Our dogs come home exhausted from playing so much in a day. Prices are very reasonable and the accommodations are more than ample for all canines. This is an example of some recent amazing care. I was just on vacation for over a week in Europe, with limited ability to communicate with anyone back home. Well the day we leave, one dog gets sick and is in the vet trying to figure out what is wrong, ends up on a special diet and meds. I talked it over with Melissa and she said bring him in anyway..."we got this". Over the course of out trip we got daily reports on our pup and when we got home he was doing much better and was on the mend... Now totally fine. Having that piece of mind while away was great this is just one of the many examples of how great they are. I've had 3 dogs who call this place home away from home and half the time they jump out of the car and kick down the doors to get back in. And 2 of these dogs have been going since they were 8 weeks old.

You have a menu of options to treat your dog to and the picture they send during your dogs stay is a great touch......Especially in the eyes of our 8 year old daughter who always wants to know how Max is doing! It was a long period, so I was really considerate and careful when choosing the dog sitter. Then I met Sasha and she completely gained my trust! She offered to meet before the actual date to get to know my pup. She took the schedule and every instruction I gave her seriously and she stick to it! I honestly can not do a better job myself. What intrigued me about Granny's - #1 - She 'interviews' you and your dog before accepting. If she feels that your dog is too aggressive, she won't board.(My dogs and I spent over an hour with her, getting to know her and her place, and interviewing her as well.) #2 - She has been boarding dogs for 17 years - SHE KNOWS DOGS #3 - Her back yard is better than any dog park I've seen. Totally enclosed. Mowed and kept. #4 - If your pooch wants to sleep in her bed - that's great! Good to know: Michelle loves dogs and their health and happiness and well being are all in her best interest. DO NOT expect your dog to come home groomed and smelling pretty! (That's a minor thing.) Final Words: This was my first time boarding my babies (yorkies) with Michelle.
