I know I mentioned it above, but they open early which is a bonus as I am on CST time and up early. First off, the ambience and vibe are perfect in here. It's cozy but not too quiet, the staff are all highly skilled and kind - it's family owned which makes me love it even more. We started with coffee orders - we both got chai tea lattes and the taste and temperature were perfect. I ordered the mango pie and my friend got a salad (lol) both really delicious. We then ordered the mango, chamoy, Tajín smoothie - next level - SOOOOO good. This was the absolute perfect summer drink. I want to come back to try more of their drinks!!! The barista was super friendly and recommended I try the matcha with 1/2 vanilla 1/2 blueberry syrup and topped with blueberry whipped cream. Decided to give it a try and I'm really glad I did - it was delicious. The muffin was also amazing. Love all of the local art adorning their shelves and countertops.

This is a cafe where they can prepare a full meal and yet you may not call it a "full service restaurant". You can also order something upfront and be on the go so I enjoyed the "casual" approach. I hadn't had my morning coffee yet; I was a bit overdue for that as a matter of fact. I first asked for the Cold Brew but the young lady upfront said they were all out of it for the day. Bummer...I hence opted for an Iced Latte. I also asked for one the traditional Greek Butter Cookies/Biscuits. And all for to go. As much as I wanted to immerse myself into the exquisite ambient atmosphere inside the cafe, I somehow shied away from doing so as most of the tables were occupied by people with some chatters (they weren't loud or anything however ); I simply wanted some "me time" all by myself in my own car. As much as this place is beautiful, the service was a bit too slow. My simple iced latte and butter cookie/biscuit took about 15 minutes before they were handed to me (while I was awaiting though, an older lady who came out of the kitchen area gave me a nice warm smile and asked if she could assist me. To which I replied, "I am waiting for my beverage and pastry ". As soon as I had said that they were finally ready. Oh boy, I almost thought they had forgotten about me!) But my patience paid off at the end. I really enjoyed my beverage and pastry especially the iced latte. It was well-made in a 16oz cup in a generous pour. The perfect mixture of the espresso shots and the milk; mmmmm!! The butter cookie/biscuit was light and had a hint of butteriness; sure was a nice accomplishment to my cold refreshing latte. The quality didn't disappoint me. While I strongly doubt that I would bother to come all the way up here just to dine at this cafe even for its cuteness, it's a nice place to remember in case I happen to find myself in the neighborhood. This place deserves a perfect 4-star review based on my experience today. And I hope that the service improves a bit in the future.

Wolf and Honey came up during my research and we thought why not? It looked super cute and the reviews were solid. I'm really glad we stopped by! We entered through the rear entrance, since that was where our car was parked, but the front entrance was nice as well. The interior was chic and inviting. You order at the counter and take a table number for your food. The toasts looked really good, so I went with the strawberry pistachio while my husband went with the avocado. For our drinks, I went with an iced espresso honey lavender with oat milk, while my husband went with an iced teddy bear latte with oat milk. Both of the lattes were strong without being bitter, and delightfully smooth. The toasts, however, were the stars of the show. Toasted to perfection, with a generous amount of toppings and drizzles of balsamic and honey for mine and hot honey for my husband's. For only $10 each too, what a good price point. We sat in comfy chairs by the window, basking in the morning sun, indulging in our toasts while sipping on our lattes. When we finally finished our brunch, we bussed our own tables, putting the plates and utensils in a bin by the ordering counter. I noticed that Wolf and Honey also offered happy hour cocktails, which unfortunately we did not have time in our schedule to partake in, but will need to the next time we visit Brighton. I'd definitely return to Wolf and Honey, especially for their delicious sourdough toasts!
