The sauce on the seafood boil was a little thicker than what I'm used to, but still packed with flavor. The crawfish didn't have as much seasoning soaked in, but I actually think that's intentional--to avoid the sogginess some people mention in other reviews. They definitely weren't soggy, just not soaked quite long enough for my taste. But no complaints here--the sauce more than made up for it! Shoutout to our server, Young--he was amazing! It looked like he got triple-sat when we arrived, but you'd never know it. He stayed attentive, friendly, and made sure all our food came out hot and fresh. He kept our drinks filled, answered all our questions with ease, and even offered some great recommendations from the menu. The vibe when you first walk in feels a bit like a bar, but once you get inside, it opens up to a more laid-back, restaurant-style setting. And those BOGO drinks?! Yes please! (They offer them every day except Wednesday--on Wednesdays beer is just $1!). For everything we ordered, the bill was super reasonable. I'm honestly so impressed. My family and I were visiting from out of town and we came across this restaurant since we were in the area. It was not busy at all and then after we play start water we notice a lot more customers start coming in after 5 PM. The staff was very friendly. They asked how we found out about their restaurant. Our food came out piping hot which was amazing. The portion sizes were nice. They came by to check on us to ask if we needed any additional items if we were doing good, which was great. We order the seafood, fried rice, chicken, fried rice, Cajun seafood with crab leg, shrimps, corn, and potato, spring rolls & mussels. Our only complaints will be for the fried rice to have more seasoning and for the seafood boil to be in a pan or a bucket wrapped in the bag. The prices were very reasonable, and they also have a happy hour with Dollar draft beers and other specialty drinks as well for a different price. read more

I FOUND THIS PLACE WHILE LOOKING FOR A PLACE NEAR ME TO take my cousin who visits me once a year. Her favorite food is fried oysters. She said the oysters were good, but my meal (Fried catfish platter) was AWFUL! I thought it would be catfish filets, but it was catfish nuggets with the worst part of the catfish inside it. I could not even eat it!!! I had also read reviews that said the hushpuppies were great-they were NOT, they were very "packy" and not fluffy at all! We were a party of 4 southern ladies three birthdays) who do not eat Louisiana style cooking. Only one of us enjoyed the meal. Sorry, but I will NEVER eat here again nor bring guests here. I saw on Instagram they have a special on Saturdays for $3 margs and $2 shots so I couldn't resist stopping in! We came in and were immediately able to sit at the bar. I tried both the peach marg and a strawberry mango one. Both were very good and not watered down which is what I expected from a $3 margarita. I hadn't eaten that day so I also ordered the Cajun garlic noodles and a Cajun egg. The Cajun garlic noodles were DELICIOUSSSSS and so flavorful. The portion was so large I think I literally ate off them 3-4 times. I would definitely come back for both and to explore other things on the menu. The crawfish boil is inconsistent. I really wanted to make this my permanent crawfish restaurant. I purchased crawfish the first time about 2 weeks ago. The crawfish were firm, larger and delicious. Recently, I purchased 2 pounds and they were "squishy", small and seemed to have come from a pre-frozen bag. To my displeasure, I discarded of them and proceeded to reach out to the restaurant the next day as I bought them around 10pm. The restaurant was closed by the time I realized they weren't edible. I called at opening and was told to call back to speak to a manager who may be able to help. The manager advised that I would need to bring back the crawfish but noted that he did believe me that they were soft and not edible. Luckily I took a few pictures before throwing them out. Giving this place a 5-star rating for their service and of course, their food is good as well. I was seated right away by a very sweet gentleman named Luan and he gave me a menu and a sweet tea to start off. The sweet tea was a little too sweet for my liking but he was able to change it to the perfect sweetness by combining unsweetened tea with it without even hesitating. This is the type of customer service everyone needs! I ordered the shrimp boil, grilled squid, and fried calamari. The squid was the best thing honestly. I feel like I could eat this everyday because the sauce that comes with it is so good. Thinking about it makes me crave it again! I recommend getting some white rice on the side to eat it with the boil sauce as you should any other seafood boil place! Maybe it's the Asian in me that needs rice with everything though but I do recommend it. I wish they would cut the sausage smaller in slices so I'm hoping that something they do in the future. Recently I had the bright idea to try the snapper because after all most of the dishes were tasty so I figured who could mess up a snapper, surely not them. Boy was I wrong! First of all it wasn't a full snapper it was like a piece of tilapia. As a matter of fact, it tasted like tilapia. I always get the large order of the crawfish spicy and I order a side of either fries or rice or fried okra.
