Friday night is always a toss up to decide what cuisine we will get, but wings typically win most. We had Spice Wing delivered by UberEats and it was a good experience. FYI we paid for the priority delivery so that our order wouldn't be cold by the time we got it. I ordered the 4 piece chicken and 2 waffle combo. Waffles were big and fluffy and the chicken tenders (also available as a wing combo) were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Pictures added for your viewing pleasure. This honestly is the best place to get crispy wings and amazing wing flavors. All of their fry types are delicious ! My favor wing flavor is the Red Chili one. I also like the lemon pepper dry rub and the hot lemon pepper as well. Their fried okra is so crispy and their fried Oreos are really good too. FYI I easily struck up a conversation with the cashier...which led to an easy conversation with all the staff. They were fun. I suspect that the boneless wings came out of a freezer bag...like most places. No, they do not hand bread them. My family thought the boneless wings weren't bad, but the sauce was pretty good . The traditional wings were sauced with mango habanero. I enjoyed them. See picture. Carrots and celery were sad though. I agree with the other reviewers that the menu/selections are pretty busy. Just take your time. Lastly, they have a ton if different kind of fries and seasoning. If your fries are bland, it's because you ordered them that way. The Tai chili sauce looked dropped over the wings and the fries were scarce and limp, like they had been sitting for a long time. Like, I tried to erase that one star but I couldn't . My online receipt said fries, the receipt from their store said fries, but they said the fries weren't included with the meal. We ordered 30 kickin bourbon wings tonight. We picked them up and brought them home, only to find out the order was wrong. Instead of traditional wings, the order was a mix and match with boneless wings and a completely different sauce. We tried to resolve the issue nicely by calling. We were told the only thing they could do is replace the boneless wings if we brought them back up there. This was not a possibility due to time constraints. This was explained... and no other resolution was offered. We have ordered from them many times without issue, so thought this would be easily resolved. We just asked for a credit for half the order. The staff is fine and friendly. If you like to talk they will is you dont they won't. Like most teenage staff they keep it friendly. The best part of this place is if they tell you 15 minutes its 15 minutes. I order them by phone, forget the online ordering its terrible, on the way home and im good. One of the best wing places I've ever ate it, me and my girlfriend try to go there every month on our anniversary because we are absolutely in love with the place. The staff may be majority teenagers but they've always been polite to us and patient, the manager/owner is extremely nice and we've had quite a few conversations with her talking about the restaurant and the business decisions she has to make. I can't speak to the wings. I'm pretty certain the tenders are frozen. They certainly aren't any better quality than the ones I buy for my daughter to heat up in the oven, but 4 times as expensive. I worked at a wing restaurant in high school yearrrrrrs ago, so I've always been pretty picky about my wings and sauces. I wasn't expecting to like this place but it was really good!!! I was expecting some of those slimy, baked wings you get at the fast food restaurants or pizza restaurants - but these wings were delicious!! The lemon pepper and hot sauces were really good! My kids loved the chicken and waffles. They got our to-go order perfect -which is rare nowadays! The only thing I would suggest is for the staff to put the wings in the to-go boxes with tongs instead of dumping them straight from the tossing bowl. I love extra sauce but these wings were swimming. They would've gotten soggy quickly but we ate them almost immediately. Maybe just order the wings plain and extra crispy with sauce on the side if you're ordering to go...? The place seemed to be run by teenagers but we had no problem with the service. Ordered my food online at 1:32. I walked down to the store at approx 1:45 to wait 10 minutes to make it to the counter. Get to the counter, THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY ORDER!!!! Ask the girl to double check, she goes in the back and you can hear the cook tell her, "Can't you see that ALL my tickets say Dine-In?" She comes back and tells me to wait a few minutes. I wait and in the process tell her that I'd like to get a refund, I won't be getting my food. She again goes back and tells the cook I'd like a refund. He tells her that it's not going to happen. She comes back and tells me that I can't have a refund. I demand a refund and the cook comes to the front and tells me that without it coming through on their side and his boss approving the refund that no refund will be issued. As I type this, I am currently on hold at the store for 9 minutes. Nobody has come back to the phone to tell me that they are coming back to the line or anything. The variety of flavors are good and I love the convenience of its location, but the wings are pretty fatty and smaller than most places for the price. And I dont like that there aren't trashcans throughout the dining area.
