    Classic Calzone

I've ordered the classic calzone a couple of times on Uber Eats and it never disappoints. Soooo yummy. And the portion size is great. Will definitely visit the restaurant soon to try more food! But I definitely recommend their calzone!!!

We loved the Eggplant Parmesan! The Mediterranean pizza, service, and inside atmosphere was okay. Very loud, more of a sports pub feel.

Ordered postmates and got the red devil combo. It was really good. Definitely wanna dine in next time to try other items.

This restaurant has an eclectic menu ranging from wings, pizza, chicken, subs, and different types of pasta. I tried out their sampler platter which is a small amount of fried mushrooms, zucchini, mozzarella sticks, and wings. It's definitely overpriced at $20.49 as it's not even enough to get one person feeling satisfied. I tried out the red devil trio which includes a chicken parmigiana, some cheese ravioli, and some fettuccine alfredo, The chicken was lukewarm. The fettucine was covered in white sauce while the other two are covered in red sauce; these two sauces don't mix well. The service was amiable enough. The cost for our table of 5 was $121. Overall, it was an average experience for all of us.

Always a good meal and great service here! Their pizza is amazing and the wings are also so very good. I love their ranch; it's definitely homemade and not just from a bottle. We have never had a bad meal here and consistently enjoy everything we try. The service is always great. They check on us multiple times and make sure we have everything we need and want. They have a great bar and sports section too. It is an older restaurant in an older building, but the upkeep is nice and the ambiance and vibes here are perfect for Italian food, pizza, wings, and more. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

small Caesar salad, grilled chicken alfredo, baked lasagna, red devil trio

Have driven past this place a million times, and the outside doesn't really scream at you so it can be easy to miss. I ordered from here via DoorDash so I didn't get the whole freshly made dine-in experience. We ordered a variety of things, so lets cut straight to the pasta: Red devil trio- its like olive gardens trio, gives you a trio of options, chicken parm was mid, the Alfredo was good and cheese ravioli was simple but good Stuffed baked lasagna- filling and flavorful Grilled chicken Alfredo- def my favorite, even good heated up the next day Small Caesar salad- can't go too wrong with a salad! Pasta with marinara sauce - wish there was more sauce with this, but since it was for my daughter she didn't require eating it all, so some noodles without sauce went to waste. After reading the reviews it seems like I will have to try their pizza and dining in next.

Hands down the best pie I've had in this state so far. The sauce is rich and the crust is amazing prices were fair and definitely lower than what'd you'd expect for something of this caliber 10/10

    Blackened pizza

Shocked to pick up a pizza from here that was this bad, and more shocked that they would actually box it. Imagine eating burnt cardboard. Yes, we called and were given a credit, but we took this to a party, and it was embarrassing. Why would they think this was ok to sell? The entire pizza was BLACK.

Ok so this place gets 5 stars because it's been here for forever (actually had my very first date here in the 5th grade). The staff is so nice, it's such a cozy neighborhood feel and the patrons are all fun! I loved the warm bread and butter but my pizza was just fine. Came out kinda lukewarm. Everyone was raving about their pasta dishes and the chocolate cake (they don't always have it).

Pizza at red devil is really good!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the crust was a little chewy when it cooled down. I went to red devil with my dad and son on a Thursday evening pretty early, around 6pm. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and a few people in the bar area part. Service was good but there was hardly anyone in there. Also there was little to no ambiance as there was no music or anything. But the pizza was good. I went back another evening and got take out and it was super easy. They have a pick up window outside. Pizza was piping hot and cannoli's were the bomb!!!! Also had a garden salad and it was fresh and tasty. Will definitely return for take out.

I won't add to my previous review regarding the food, as it is still just as fantastic. And while the old location had its charm (mainly that it was more intimate and a bit quieter), the new location is overall an immense improvement. First of all, it is much larger, modern, and very tastefully decorated without losing as much of the intimacy as they could keep. For instance, the decor on the walls makes you feel like you are somewhat at home, with photos of the Spinato family and other tasteful finishes. Everything is comfortable without being too casual or formal. It's definitely more open concept now, and bar-lovers will appreciate the full bar, as the old location only had a tiny one. The covered patio area is much nicer, and with an eastern exposure, it should bake in the sun less than the old place's western exposure for most of their operating hours. We were seated at a half-booth, and the restaurant was very crowded because it was their first Friday night at this location. Nonetheless, we arrived early enough to be seated without a wait. I will say that the food took a very long time to arrive--40 minutes or more--but I'm chalking that up to the crowd and growing pains at the new location. Our server recognized us, welcomed us to the new place, and was as friendly as usual, though he didn't have much time for chat-chat with how busy they were. Very much looking forward to more visits to Spinato's at this fabulous new location!

Lil Capo Pizzeria 5.0/5 The Closest Thing to New York…read morePizza I've Found in Arizona Growing up in Upstate New York, I admittedly have high standards when it comes to pizza. After moving to Arizona in 2007, I've spent years searching for a slice that genuinely reminds me of home. While there are plenty of decent pizza spots throughout the Valley, very few capture that authentic New York style. Lil Capo Pizzeria absolutely does! Ironically, I first discovered Lil Capo after an Arizona Cardinals game. Like many people, I wasn't interested in paying stadium prices for mediocre food, so I jumped on Yelp looking for something nearby. Lil Capo had outstanding reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did because it's now my benchmark for New York-style pizza in Arizona. The first thing that stood out was the crust. This is exactly what a New York slice should be--thin, crispy on the bottom, slightly chewy inside, sturdy enough to fold, and never overloaded with grease. So many places think "New York style" simply means making a large slice. Lil Capo understands it's really about the balance of crust, sauce, cheese, and texture. Every bite reminded me why I miss pizza back east. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, the cheese is perfectly proportioned, and everything tastes fresh without trying to reinvent what already works. Sometimes simplicity executed well is the hardest thing to accomplish. Pizza: 5/5 Service was equally impressive. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. After selecting our slices, they quickly reheated them to perfection and had them on our table within minutes. It's exactly what you want from a neighborhood pizzeria--fast, relaxed, and genuinely hospitable. Service: 5/5 I also appreciated the atmosphere. Lil Capo isn't trying to be flashy or trendy. Instead, it has that classic neighborhood pizzeria feel where the focus stays exactly where it should--on making outstanding pizza. It's casual, comfortable, family-friendly, and somewhere you could easily become a regular. The pricing is another pleasant surprise. Considering the quality of the pizza and the generous slice sizes, I found everything to be very fairly priced. Overall Finding authentic New York-style pizza in Arizona has been surprisingly difficult over the years, but Lil Capo delivers exactly what I've been searching for. Authentic New York-style crust Excellent sauce-to-cheese ratio Minimal grease Friendly, efficient service Fair prices Comfortable neighborhood atmosphere I've eaten pizza throughout New York my entire life, and Lil Capo remains the closest I've found to the real thing anywhere in Arizona. Whenever I'm on the west side of the Valley--or heading to or from a Cardinals game--I find myself looking for an excuse to stop in. Next time, I'm skipping the slices and ordering an entire pie. If you're a fellow New Yorker living in Arizona and craving a slice that tastes like home, Lil Capo should be at the top of your list.
