I have a feeling they could greatly cut down on call volume by updating their website because half of my calls recently were to clarify information missing from the website. Some associates have amazing customer service. One person offered to call me back when she found my paperwork and she did. I'm very grateful for that. Some associates, unfortunately, need to be coached on their attitudes. I recently started a county transfer and they flat out told me that they "discourage" people from doing this because it's a "long process". This was extremely frustrating to hear given I was a month into the process at that point. If it's such a long process, why don't they digitize the process? I am literally just changing the county my oath is filed in. This is 2024, make this process easy and convenient for the taxpayers that fund it.

I will say that they attempted to serve in a very quick manor. We were impressed by that. I think our situation with the intended served individual not wanting to take the documents physically hindered their service.
