DO NOT GO HERE A man working behind the counter stole a package worth $2,000 and when we asked for camera footage we were first told "they do not have cameras" and when we pressed further and only when we mentioned getting police involved we were told "well they don't work" and when asked when they stopped working all they could say was "awhile ago." This review is specifically for the gentleman who was working on Monday 8/12/24 around 2pm. As a new mom, I'm constantly in a hurry and making silly mistakes. I made a silly mistake this past Monday and included items in a box to send that shouldn't have been in there. I had already dropped them off at UPS and realized it when I got to my next stop. I immediately called the UPS store and spoke to a woman and explained the situation. I did my best to describe the box and she asks her coworkers, "did you help someone earlier with a box" she then tells me that it was already sent out with a driver, and then corrects herself and says she found it and would set it aside. I was excited and took the 10 minute drive back to the store to open the box and fix my mistake. I arrive back at the store and the original gentleman who helped me was busy and a UPS driver was nearby loading packages onto his truck. A woman with dark hair assisted me. She knew who I was and went to retrieve the box and walked right to the area with all of the other 100s of boxes and it appeared she couldn't locate it. She asked the guy who was still busy and he wasn't sure it seemed. She looks around the area, and when I say looks she like, glances and moves a box and looks in the same spot 4 times before telling me it's gone now. Ok, I know I made a mistake and they were trying to help me but seriously? It's gone? Why did you put it aside knowing I'm ten minutes away in the same spot as the other boxes where it could go missing? Anyway, I suggested to her that maybe the driver who was loading packages right now accidentally took it. She flat out said she wouldn't go look in his truck because of how many packages there were. I get that, but also can you go check at least briefly? You're the one that left the package in the worst area possible. At least go skim the boxes that are on his dolly or something? It was literally like I was SOL in her eyes. Meanwhile, the guy who was finishing up helping another customer decides to help and do what the lady is unwilling to do and go out and look for the package with the driver. This associate went above and beyond for me. It was obviously buried in there a bit based on the time it took him to find it but he found it! I was able to open the box and get the items out and send the correct items off. The woman wasn't rude but also wasn't overly helpful. She manned the floor while the guy was helping me find the box which also deserves some recognition I suppose. This guy is the MVP in my eyes and completely deserves a raise or recognition for outstanding customer service. If you ever read this, thank you so much. You never know what someone is going through and your kindness went a long way. read more

Customer service really makes or breaks a business, and I just wanted to give a shoutout to Megan, who was absolutely incredible here. Quite possibly provided me some of best customer service I've experienced in a long time, and I wanted to make sure she was recognized somehow. I came here on a Saturday morning and already the store was very busy. Megan was so friendly, acknowledging us in line and greeting us. She was just so pleasant, easy to talk to, and patient with what I needed to have done. I felt so at ease with her, she was thorough, and communicated what to do if there were any problems. I left the store feeling satisfied and that everything would be ok. I just wanted to thank her for all the help, and that I really appreciated her. Thank you for your response. I have shared my concerns with your manager several times and all I receive from her is excuses and nothing ever changes. The latest reason was " I am really busy on Monday and just forgot. ". Okay I will accept that but please explain to me why you couldn't send my mail out to me until Thursday. My mail is sent to me by your company what is supposed to be every Monday. It goes out on Monday about 10% of the time. On more occasions than I can count my mail has been sent to addresses that have never been mine. I had a person call me and tell me they had my mail and they delivered it to me. On several occasions I have received mail that is not mine and the box number on that mail is not even close to my box number. I received a receipt on one of my last shipments that was from almost 30 days prior and I noticed that in that package there was mail that was postmarked about 30 days prior. Please tell me why you would generate a receipt I'd you were not shipping me anything. I just checked the tracking info for this receipt and it stated that the label was created on 06/14/23 but not shipped until 07/12/23. Don't you find that odd? I can only assume that your staff was too busy that month to send me my mail. I had contacted your office as there were several checks I never received. She told me that the USPS was not delivering the mail to your store. Sounds a little odd to me as it wasn't one or two pieces is mail but at least 10. I didn't want it to list all of the difficulties I have been experiencing on Yelp, however, I had no choice but to do so as you weren't willing to contact me personally. All I receive from your manager is excuses. Never an apology or any accountability and I never receive any improvement. Our box rental is over $500 a year plus we pay about $14 a week to have you forward us our company mail that is mostly checks. Do you have any suggestions for me that will make us feel like a valued customer and give us peace of mind that we will receive our mail in a timely manner Jeff? read more

This is my least favorite UPS location. There is always a line, and none of the staff will greet you, thank you for waiting, etc... I've watched them almost charge a customer for LiveScan, and when he questioned them, they said, "Oh yeah you're right it's covered." read more

This review is for Megan. We went in today to have our kids passport photos taken. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old. My 5 year old is autistic and has a hard time following instructions and sitting still. Megan was so patient and really tried to accommodate my daughter's needs. She even tried to call around to see if other places can take her photo since she wasn't cooperating at that time. Anyway, my daughter eventually sat down and Megan got her photo taken! So thank you Megan for being so patient and helpful. You made our day. read more

I went to another UPS store in Folsom before going to this one. I needed my passport photo done but the first location I went to said their camera was broken. Luckily, they pointed me in the direction of this location and they were a life saver! When I got there there was only one person in front of me so I waited patiently. When that person was done, the guy at the counter greeted me and I told him I needed my passport photo done. He said sure and jumped right into action, took my photo and then told me to give him 10 minutes to print. So I waited. As I was waiting, the line grew longer but he did a great job multi-tasking. Honestly, it didn't even take 10 mins for him to print and give me my photos. Five minutes max! Great customer service. Super quick, super friendly. No complaints! read more

I have been to this business many times; they are professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. There is ample free parking; it's neatly organized, plenty of cool greeting cards, an abundance of various sizes of boxes & envelopes, notary available, seating for the customer if filling out paperwork, and good air conditioner during hot days. October 11,2019 I went to this UPS store to ship some returns to Nordstrom's, Target and Amazon. I WILL NEVER USE THIS UPS STORE AGAIN! Britney who was working that day, lost this store a 12 year customer!!! If interested here is the reason... There was a very long line and two people working, but that happens. Waited approx 20 minutes in line and then was helped by the gentleman working one of the registers. My Nordstrom's and Target returns were easy. Already prepaid labels on them and taped closed just needed entering into the system. (Something I could have left on the counter and not waited in line.). My Amazon return included 3 different items that required him to scan a barcode for each and do 3 separate returns. The poor guy couldn't do it. He would try and scan a barcode and then say "it's not working" or "he needed to reload the program". He would ask this "Britney" woman for help and she would give him a one or two word answer but wasn't much help. Finally he said the system must be down and was about to send me on my way when I said the lady behind me was doing the same thing (we had talked in line) so if "Britney" could do her return, then it was probably just him. Sure enough the lady was helped by Britney and was done and gone. Britney helped 2 more people that had been waiting behind me in line, while my guy struggled. He tried to ask her for help (which she again gave 1 or 2 word answers) and still he couldn't help me. Finally I asked Britney if she could help me vs him because I wasn't getting anywhere and she was going through person after person that had been in the long line behind me. Her reply was "be patient it's his second day". I said "no disrespect to you" to the man, "but my husband has been waiting in the car outside now for 25 minutes and I would just like to do my return and leave". Britney just ignored me asking to be helped next by her, like it was my job to just stand there while he tried to figure it out!! The only thing she did was give me more attitude the more I requested her help. Britney would not help me!!!!! She just kept calling customer after customer (in line that were paying for $5 recycling) while making snide comments about how I wasn't providing the correct info for him to do his job. Literally it was a barcode he had to scan. I had the barcode!!! Finally I said if no one will help me I'll just go to the UPS Store down the street and gathered my stuff together and they let me walk out without saying a word to me!!!! . Britney is a horrible and quite frankly rude employee. If she worked for me I would hurry up and fire her before she lost me more customers. She clearly is not a people person. As for the gentleman who tried to help me... I feel bad for him. He's got a tough road ahead of him with this Britney person being what I assume is his "trainer"??? Never again will I go to this UPS Store... my experience was that bad!!! read more

This store always has at least two employees working, often they have three. However, every time I have come in here there is a line, all but once I have been told "the other computer is down", and the 2nd or 3rd employee is straightening the pen box (LITERALLY). They always seem overwhelmed, the line can take a while, and so I finally switched to a new UPS store today. We moved to Folsom very recently and were looking for an alternative to the post office for a mailbox. The moment we entered the UPS Store and spoke to Brittany, the manager, we knew we found the right place. The UPS Store's list of services is endless. But as the old adage goes, it is the people that make all the difference. There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe the quality of service that Brittany, Megan, Maddy, Robert and Anthony provide. Everyone is focused on providing impeccable customer service and it shows in all the little touches. Here is an example : We received our bank debit cards in our mailbox and what was rather interesting is that the bank forgot to add our mailbox number on the address. One of the team members looked up our box number based on our name, wrote it on the envelope and put it in the box !! That is going over and beyond. I know we made the right decision to open a mailbox here but little did we know that we get a WHOLE LOT MORE than just a little square opening for our mail ! And the mailbox comes with a street address so we can get all our courier packages (not just UPS) delivered here also ... I LOVE IT !!!! Thank you, Brittany, Megan, Maddy, Anthony and Robert !! I dropped off a box with electronics for my employer, the clerk was nice and offered to tape the box for me, scanned the pre paid label and said he'd take care of it. The next day, I noticed the same box was delivered to me and it was barely taped. When I took the box back to UPS, the clerk that helped me (Brittany) although was not rude did not seem to empathize with my situation of being 9 months pregnant and having to bring back a heavy box to the store twice so they can do their job right. I don't feel comfortable dropping off packages at this facility. read more

The store was was nicely laid out. There were 2 employees working behind the counter, a male Michael) and a female. The female helped the customer before me and was very friendly and seemed to help them with their shipping needs just fine. As Michael came back to the counter he very rudely commented to the other employee about his lunch break. She stated she would take over so he could take his lunch. He rudely called me to the counter and took my Amazon return package, scanned it, handed me my receipt and said here. Never did a polite word come out of his mouth. Clearly this guy needs to find a non customer service related job. If I were his supervisor and heard the he acted in the presence of customers he would have been fired on the spot. read more

We had to ship several pieces of luggage from Folsom to my registry company for storage so that we do not have to lug all of our stuff to Germany. and then to the East Coast.We visited three different UPS stores in town and this one far outranks the others. Went for live scan fingerprinting. When it was time for me to pay, I asked if He(owner) take credit cards, he gladly said yes! To my disappointment, I was charged 3$ for using credit card. There was no prior disclosure whatsoever. I find this annoying. Note to self and others, There are 2 more UPS stores in the neighborhood. One UPS will have live scan in the next few weeks. read more

I normally do not go to this location, but the UPS in the Raley's shopping center on E. Bidwell was at max capacity and I was heading towards this location, so decided to go there. There were no customers in the store when I arrived. There were 2 girlsbehind the counter chit-chatting. One with her back to me (brown hair,heavy set) the other towards the back sitting down. They never acknowledged me. After 45 sec, I finally said hello. One of them stated, "we'll get to you." The girl with her back to me never turned around. Seriously! Rudeness before customer service. Came to get a passport picture for an infant and they were rudely unable to do it because they didn't have a white paper or cloth for him to lay on. Seems like this is something that they should have if they offer passport pictures. read more

Yes sir... great service. I needed to have fingerprints taken on paper cards, not live scan. The owner, Jeff Dewitt, did good work of getting the prints right. In fact he had me practice, with his help, the correct rolling technique so the prints wouldn't be rejected..... took his time to help me. Another good part of the experience.... his price was the lowest, lower than the Citrus Heights PD, and WAY lower than another UPS store in the area. I watched how Jeff interacted with other customers He was friendly and helpful. This is now my favorite UPS store. read more
