They are the nicest professional folks always eager to offer their help. From the conversations they were having with other customers it was obvious a lot of people are regulars, and I see why!! I do my printing there sometimes and you need to email them the documents first and there's a minimum to pay by card. Luckily I had a dollar! read more

This is my go to UPS store. Staff is friendly and efficient. I left my phone on the counter and realized it about 20 minutes after leaving the store. If you've ever done this, you know the panic. Returned to the store to find the young man had carefully placed my phone in a safe place. I appreciate this young man and his moral compass. This situation could've gone in the opposite direction. First of all, Nick rocks! I had the pleasure of speaking with him on the telephone as I was freaking out about a UPS order that was being sent to my old address in Davis. Talk about calm, cool and collected. And no I am not talking about me. :-) So right off the bat I want to say many thanks, Nick, for all your help and kindness. I did not forget! Tis the season. Yes, Christmas. I had ordered a pair of cool, black loafers and a very bright pink scarf and matching beanie for the holidays. I received a UPS notice the items would be delivered soon. Yay! But my enthusiasm was short lived when I noticed the vendor had sent the items to my former address. Yikes! A very quick call to our local El Dorado Hills UPS and my conversation with Nick began. Suffice to say, all the really nice things Yelpers have to report about our UPS is all correct! Great service, help instantly when it is needed the most and service with a smile. I could see that smile, Nick, through the phone! A huge thank you for saving the day, and my Christmas Eve! 2 stars instead of 1 because I should have doubled checked everything. I took important paperwork to UPS to be notarized. I wrote the exact, required verbiage (which was also in the instructions on the form). But unfortunately, two pieces of required information were not included. Again, my bad for not double checking the Jurat before leaving UPS. Lesson learned, time & money wasted, as I now have to get it notarized again. read more

What a busy place! We made an appointment for notary services and showed up on time. It was apparently before the big rush so they started to help us right away. The price was good and we were satisfied. However, someone else showed up for an appointment and were told that they needed to wait while other people, who were standing in line, were provided service. Huh?!? What's the point of an appointment if you need to wait in line? Fortunately it didn't happen to us but it seems like a strange way to do things. The staff are patient and super helpful. They move the line quickly without making you feel rushed or neglected. I visited your store today to get a simple proof of life form notarized for a pension company. This is something I have done annually for the last 16 years with local notaries. Your notary looked at the form and said "it's illegal in CA I will have to add another form" To which I replied fine. He then asked me where to sign, I showed him and again I got the same it's illegal ...... I even took the previous years completed doc as a guide. He offered no explanation why it was illegal or advice as to what to do. I took the document to another local UPS store who immediately notarized it. Your store has been our go to UPS for many years for all our needs. We won't be bothering you again. read more

I received FLAWLESS service, since June 2016-no errors, no lost mail, no lost packages, no lost of anything! Anytime I needed an UPS label, EDH UPS would print the label with no lip service rendered unlike, ah-hemmm~some other mailing/shipping outfits who berate you asking for anything typical located in SF Bay Area who are just too BUSY rendering any type of customer service. I'm truly appreciative for EDH UPS' flawless, impeccable, customer service from 2016 to present, June 2018! I usually go out of my way and drive to Folsom to avoid having to deal with the guy with reddish hair at this location. I have never been there when he hasn't scolded me and acted like a bully. The woman ahead of me today was treated to his passive-aggressive schtick and rolled her eyes at me as she was leaving. Sure enough, he scolded me about where to put the boxes, how to stack them, etc. Then he gives you this exaggerated "Have a LOVELY day" in an obnoxious way. Back to Folsom I go! read more

Can you believe I was told not to put a box on the counter. It's UPS! They said it's scuffs the counters. Same counters in every other UPS in the state but they don't want boxes on theirs. Also they were very rude about it and then gave me attitude after when I giggled and said, but your UPS! I've been going to the EDH UPS for a few years they're always really quick efficient and super friendly and helpful! But not anymore!!! New staff. Do not use this business!! My husband and I have had the WORST experience with this location. We went to them to help pack and ship an oversized package. It was damaged beyond repair and as we had insured it before shipping expected to be reimbursed once the claim was accepted. We were told the claim had been approved yet months later we have not been reimbursed. The item has not been returned to us as it is useless. We have spent hours on the phone with corporate who tells us to work with the El Dorado Hills location. They tell us to work with corporate. Corporate claims the check was sent to the El Dorado Hills location, but they say they never received it and that they know nothing of the claim. WTF? read more
