I was in need of graduation stole embroidered. I found Red Dot Uniforms through Yelp after reading all the good reviews. On 5/16/19, I came to the shop in person to discuss how I want it since my stole has been embroidered for my last graduation and I need to add some new design for the coming graduation. The owner Sam helped me measure and customize the letter size to match my previous design. He was very detailed that he ensures the size of the letters are matching and took about 25 mins for measurement. Then, he asked me when do I need it, so I said 5/22 which it's a day before my graduation. He told me the pick up time will 2 pm and call the shop after 12 pm to make sure it's ready before I come to pick up. On the 5/ 22, I did what he instructed me. I called the shop and the worker told me it's ready for pick up. I showed up to the shop and the worker took out my stole, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! It was the same as how I brought it in last week! I was speechless! The worker said the boss was the one who took the order and he didn't follow up blah blah and blamed that I came too early to pick up. The worker said if I want to talk to the owner and complain, I can call tomorrow and he will be in the shop. Since I ran out of time to find a new place, I was stuck to stay with this shop and waited another 1.5 hours in the shop for it to be done! Also, I needed to explain to the worker how I wanted it again even the owner made all the notes on the stole! What a frustration! I waited in the shop and the stole finished in 1.5 hour. The letters are bigger， the measurements are off and different from my previous embroidery. It was a rush through job! What was the point of dropping it off 5 days ago and took 20 mins of measuring them?! It was a huge DISAPPOINTMENT! The owner told me to write a honest review for his work on yelp and will get a discount. I spent quite a bit of time on my review for this purchase surely. I added 3 things for the stole. The original price is $60, after tax $66 and I paid $58 after the discount. read more

You have this big shop all these clothes, these machines and told me over the phone, my order wasn't even considered big, then tell me "you don't do mass production so you can't help me" like What you mean? The sign on the door says 1-1000 pieces can be made, if that's not mass production idk what is.
