I noticed this company was given a one star review, but they must not have understood the full scope of what they do. If you ask them, they will gladly explain to you anything you don't understand about their process. Between Quick Dry and my insurance adjuster, I have learned a lot about the entire process. It is definitely in your best interest to have Quick Dry in your corner. Maybe not physically, but they have definitely "held my hand" and took care of all the communication that was needed on my behalf with the adjuster. They are a 24 hour service that handles many home emergencies at a time. When our hot water heater in the attic (you read that right! Poor design) bursted and caused major water damage they were referred to us by our plumber. They showed up so quickly and cleaned up all the water to prevent further damage. They then set up the drying equipment and all this was within a couple hours of the incident. The owner and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They walked us through the whole process and was there when we first filed a claim with our home insurance (just in case there were issues). Over the next few days they continued to dry the area until it was time to do tear down of the damaged drywall. They sealed up all the areas so neatly to keep furniture and belongings clean and protected from all the work that had to be done. When my mother had a roof leak they were so wonderful! They promptly came out to look at the damage and get it taken care of in a timely manner. They have been helping us with our insurance claim and they have been wonderful. Everyone in the office including Clayton and Anton have been absolutely wonderful! Due to my mother having vaulted ceilings, they were able to contract a scaffolding company to help and a drywall company to take care of the drywall after the roof gets repaired. Very good job that this company did for our unfortunate water damage issue from a leak we had. I originally spoke with Shayne who came to our home to do an inspection of what we needed done. He was a godsend and very informative! He explained every aspect of what would be happening from beginning to end. So on day 1 the first crew that came in was Derrick and Shawn. Derrick was very nice and helpful and let me know what they would be doing. Day two was Nathaniel and Steven who equally were as nice and professional. Day 3 was Jaylin and Dominic and they were great as well. The reason there were so many different techs that came each day was not an issue to me because they literally were just checking on the dryness and retapping anything that need it or adjusting the dryers etc; they all are in sync with each other and operate like a well oiled machine. My only one complaint was that whenever they removed their machines from our home, they scraped our textured wall that didn't need any repair (well now it does lol) and one of their blue drying machines was scraped against that same wall and left a long blue mark. I wasn't happy with this but it would have to outweigh our biggest problem being all of the wetness and water from our leak. So other than the scraped wall we were pretty satisfied with them. Would definitely recommend them and we would use them again if need be. ***Update*** The owner of this company reached out to me after seeing the review and offered to come back out to repair the minor damage to our wall. The customer service here is beyond great and I can't say enough about it. My house flooded and from the minute I called these guys, they were on it! They came out within 25 minutes or so, assessed the damage and had a crew in and working within about an hour after. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The project was started and although the machines were loud an annoying, the guys made sure that they were as out of our way as possible and safe for our dogs. I refurbished my kitchen in December of 2022. The Samsung dishwasher we purchased had a factory defect and caused my kitchen to flood. We called Quick Dry to perform the water restoration. There were many discrepancies when they performed the work. The biggest issue is they demolitioned the cabinets and tile floor in my kitchen. They DID NOT contain the area and every square inch in my home was covered in dust. When I wrote an e-mail to them asking if they would pay to get it cleaned, they hired an attorney and put a lien on my home three weeks after they send my insurance company the invoice for the work done. They put a lien on my home while they were actively negotiating the settlement with my insurance company. I am now in the process of suing them for applying a frivolous lien on my home. If you think any of this is not true look at the letter their attorney sent to me. Check the dates. they claimed to have sent me the invoice on the 21st of March (They really sent it to my insurance company.) and they put a lien on my home 22 days after they claimed to have sent me their invoice. THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME 22 DAYS AFTER THEY SAID THEY SENT THE INVOICE. They put a lien on my home while they were actively settling the price with my insurance company. They put a lien on my home three weeks before my insurance company even sent ME the check to pay them. Need I say any more. ??? read more

This company was there the same day to assess the damage, had blowers and dehumidifiers set up the next day (and this was a weekend). The cost was probably comparable to other companies. The main reason I would recommend Quick Dry Restoration is Anton. I had a horrible predicament where there was "miscommunication" to my property services about my insurance coverage between my adjuster and it caused me to stop my already started work. Although a call review was as done, it was on me to pay out of pocket for this situation. I called Anton directly out of much stress and vulnerability and he worked with me on justifying this horrible scenario and worked with me on the bill. I, too, was not happy and learned that 'new eyes' on what was/was not happening in my area was a good thing. Areas of expertise differs from guy-to-guy and the rotation of staff benefited me. One board would not dry. Meter reads and more tear out. Now I have been able to have acceptable 'numbers' and progress with this.
