We I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I just cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service we received. From the moment we walked in it was great experience the servers were all great!. Ambience is awesome, chill atmosphere and the smell is delicious in there! We got the game day special, 2 burgers, your choice, fries, and 2 pints of beer for 32$ my burger was cooked to perfection It was very thick and flavorful, my husband had the Texas burger, and it was so good! Food does take time to come out, but it is very worth the wait! Hands down BEST BURGERS in the valley and that is a strong statement coming from me lol Can't wait to to come back again! Ok so this club is off the chain. Not only do they have the best mj you can buy but their food is cheap and amazingly good. I have been here a few times and each time doesn't disappoint. I ate a steak sandwich which was really good my gf had the wings which she loved. Overall everything was great juan handled everything like a boss. The ambiance is nice too theres virtually no smoke in the lounge even when people are smoking. Its a great experience. I come back each time im around indio. I was really interested in this location, so I decided to go in and had no idea what to expect. So my first thoughts were it's not busy but super nice as I walked in I was greeted all front staff got to love that. I can't lie the strong smoky smell of marijuana was not something I was expecting or use to at all. Still it was not something that made uncomfortable I was super curious to know more of this place. The Bartender was so happy and full of information for me as I naturally asked for a Dos Xs and got a giggle out of both myself and the bartender Sorry I forget your name I will edit this soon. This is a smokers lounge for those that partake in Tweeds as I call it! So he tells me that because of this factor they are only allowed to sell their own sourced beer and he handed me a drinks menu. As we are chatting and he is breaking down how things go at Falcon Lounge he offers me the try four of your choice and I let him choose what to bring me! You want a bartender to know his stuff not just be a handsome face and chatty and he definitely knows how to read a customer made great beer selections. Long story short I loved my experience I had such a good time with the staff I talked with and the few customers that trickled in I'm so surprised they are not busy this place has everything a lounge needs to be popular and grow as I learned they as working on doing. Listen, I see a lot of potential in this establishment. It's a great idea. I get that it's a new business and I feel terrible giving it one star. But the experience we had was inexcusable. Let me begin with the most egregious offense. It took a very long time to even get our water, then our beer, then our food. Every step from waiting for our order to be taken to getting our check took a ridiculous amount of time. About an HOUR in total before we got out food, and when we got the food it was cold, both our pizza and tenders. I asked for them to warm my tenders up, and proceeded to wait what felt like another half hour because they remade it without my wish to do so. I understand there must be some policy of bringing already touched food to the back but i would have appreciated them telling me that they were going to trash it and make me wait even more. I took it in a box because i wasn't hungry anymore and asked for a side of blue cheese to go. We never got the side of blue cheese to-go. I understand that businesses go through a learning process but to mess up this bad? Get it together before you even open. The food was not even good to begin with. read more

Didnt really eat anything however did ingest some cannabis product. Which was spot on in quality and flavor. Im told that this is the only bar in the USA where you can eat, drink great beer and smoke cannabis. Far out dude! We met the owner who was a super cool guy who went by the name "the Chairman" he was super chill to talk to and was very generous and welcoming with us. I highly recommend you give this place a try just for the hell of it. Warning smells heavily of cannabis inside, which was not a problem for us. We enjoyed the fuck out of this place. Its super cool.
