I didn't eat there so I don't have anything to say about the food. The service was great very welcoming and nice, it's inside the casino, lots of security and great ladies to help you with anything you need. The ambiance was awesome great music Saturday is It's 80's dance music, lots of people, we had a great time and it was such a good vibe. The DJ was amazing I love all the songs he played. The drinks were well served, my friend got a strawberry margarita and I got a mojito. Recommend it if you are in the area. We want to come back Sunday for the Noche de Fuego, latín night. Lit Lounge has often been my go-to dance spot on the weekends and also a place I have gone to once in a while for some country dancing fun during the middle of the week. Unfortunately, when I went Saturday night, December 21, 2024, the sound system for Smooth Touch band was pretty badly out of balance. A couple of the microphones the singers were using either sounded muffled or not much volume was coming through the speakers. One of the female singers clearly could not hear herself (I could not hear her much and I noticed she had to sing very loud to be heard a very little bit over the music); I was very disappointed. I do need to say it was not the first time I've been there that the singers were clearly not properly sound checked (yes, all singers need to be heard... can you believe it!! They are just as important as the drums and guitars, etc.... The voices are also instruments!) Somebody needs to do a better job to make sure the sound system is balanced for performance (and maybe stick around to monitor for anything that might go wrong). The sound manager should be embarrassed that a place like the Lit lounge has singers struggling on stage to hear themselves while trying to entertain their customers. And, they should be concerned that the songs that are being performed are not properly heard by the patrons. I mean It's Fantasy Springs Casino, for goodness sakes! A very popular spot! I was invited to this place on a special night. It was V.I.P. night, there was an extensive buffet there. Great food and deserts. I had never been here, the place is nice there was a band there playing and singing top 40 hit The band and singers where great. I recommend this place on any night. Credit Card FRAUD...BEWARE. I opened a tab at the bar and when I went to close out the tab the bartender claimed she could not find my credit card and lost it. I asked to speak with a manager and the guy brushed it off like it was no big deal. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I was irritated and decided just to close out the tab. The next morning I had $695.05 charged on my card they went to Parkway Market, Lowes, Lomi Hawaiian Express, La Quinta Smoke Shop and Dominos Pizza and racked up $696.05 - Total inside job so I decided to call the manager and was told he was out of office so I left my phone number and still have not received a call back. I will never go back to LIT bar, there is something going on that needs to be looked into. read more

Went here last night with my daughter. The service was horrible! 5 times I tried to get the attention of the waitress. I stopped try she came by 3 more times and none of the 8 times did she ask or respond to me. I finally went to the bar tender and complained and personally brought my drink and the dinner I ordered to me. On another thought I did notice she was very attentive to those people flashing there gold watches and such. I guess I should have worn one of my five last night. Not a good choice for twenties or the young crowd. Times I have been there average age is from 45 to 50. Bands they have cater to an older crowd and a older country club basis of customers. Cheap drinks though and affordable bar tabs can motivate you to see past the old people. read more

The bar is cool and Christie's professionalism is amazing!!! However, Veronica is rude! We came in for a birthday party and we started spending $100! And tipping waitresses at $100 a pop!! However there are reserved couches and it's almost midnight and we are resting on a chair! About 6 of us and out of nowhere, this half wit decides that we should pick up all our drinks and our purses and move! She even sent security to stand until we move! I have been here so many times and sat there alone and no one has ever said a word!!! As long as you keep spending!!! The customer service sucks!! Go to Morongo or Palm Springs where you are treated with respect and dignity!!! Veronica you just showed an entire bar and your number 1 supporters of this bar that customer service is not first!!! Love love LOVE this place. As a native of the desert, it's not the often that you find a great new spot like this. I go on Thursday nights for the line dancing and it is FABOLOUS! Unlike Jackalobe ranch, it's not overwhelmingly packed, there is ample seating (yet it's still busy) the drink and food specials are wonderful and.... the have a LIVE BAND! I would recommend this place to anyone who is mildly familiar with the dances (as there is no teach) or if your going with someone who knows how. But even if you wanted to sit back and just enjoy the music and drinks, you're still in for a good time! read more

I've heard that this club is fun and has great music, but they missed the mark on Friday 5/17/13. The band was not very good, the clientle left a lot to be desired. The group I was with made it a lot of fun! The baretending staff was fine, the VIP area is pricey but our friend bought it so that we'd have someplace to sit. Unfortunately, I have tried to give this place a chance several times and I always end up regretting it. Our company always has their work event at the casino and we will end up going into Lit lounge because there are live bands on Thursdays and good country music. However, if you AREN'T A PROFESSIONAL LINE DANCER then don't even bother trying to go in for a good time. The clientele is so rude and yell "get off the dance floor!" even if you are trying to learn. I find that type of crowd to be snobby and incredibly bad for business. They are all drinking water and shouldn't dictate who is allowed to dance anywhere. So this year I decided to not even bother trying to learn and stayed off the dance floor, but the music is good and I still want to dance so we stayed by our table and danced in a large carpeted area. However, security came over to us and told us we couldn't dance in the LARGE carpeted area. So of course, I told security I have an issue with people telling us we can't dance on the dance floor because we don't know the moves, & them telling us we can't dance on the carpet even though there was MORE than enough room for us 3 ladies to be dancing and still provide room for traffic and waitresses. What is the point of having a band & music in general if people can't feel they can enjoy it. This place is snobby when it shouldn't be, there is always issues made out of nothing and I will take my music loving self to better establishments that welcome ALL types of people, not just old water drinking line dancing professionals (insert eye roll). read more
