Stopped in for an early dinner. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. Ambiance is typical Asian Thai place. Not coming in here for the atmosphere. Greeted with wonton chip that was hard and no sauce. Not sure what they were for. Ordered pad sei ewe spicy with shrimp and a Thai tea. Hubby ordered cashew chicken which was not your typical Thai cashew chicken, more Chinese. Both dishes were just ok. Mine was not spicy. My boyfriend and I were in the area and wanted to eat some Asian food. The inside is cute, but the staff is not welcoming like another review said. Our server was sweet but she was impatient. Even my boyfriend questioned what was the rush? (It did not seem so busy in there). The energy of the entire staff was very negative. The calamari was unseasoned and rubbery to the bite. Our server caught me seasoning it with pepper and mistaken it for salt and laughed saying I liked a lot of salt. The food wasn't seasoned. My Szechuan style beef bento box had more veggies than beef and was not even Szechuan style. The dumplings were nasty, and the chicken in the chicken coconut soup tasted like rubber. We really enjoyed our meal here. The inside was nice and typical style of what expected from a local Chinese restaurant. Plenty clean and staff was friendly. Food came out quick as ready not everything at once. I got the general Taos tofu and it will last me 3 meals. They also bring little wonton to the table before your food comes. With a super diverse menu everyone can find something here .. vegan, curry, kids, basic American Chinese, spicy, etc. The best part about this find is how close it is to Duluth arena making it very very easy to get to a show right after as it's literally across the street with one traffic light to get there. read more

So good! We got takeout/catering for a number of dishes and they packed it in a giant box that kept everything warm for hours! We ate it ~3-4 hours after pickup and it was still warm! It came with soy sauce and fortune cookies. The dishes had sauces separately from the entree so you could mix right before serving which was great, kept it very fresh! We got the eggplant - very tasty but a bit oily. The sesame tofu and general Tao's tofu was very good, the tofu was fried. The orange chicken was my favorite - a WAY better version vs Panda Express. The Pad Thai. Or what they deem as "Pad Thai" is probably the worst variation I've ever tasted of it. To the owners: I've added the Wiki page on what Pad Thai is - dry stir fried noodles cooked in a wok - it should not look like a noodle soup in a takeout container. There was so much soup and tasted so sour that it was basically rancid and inedible. Straight up killed our appetite. We even attempted to re-heat on a pan with 2 big spoonfuls of peanut butter and a bit of fish sauce to cover whatever liquid you decided to drench this noodle in. Nothing could save this abomination. I'm traumatized from this - please save everyone, and mostly, yourself - never offer "Thai" food on your menu from today on. read more

The chicken from the macadamia chicken looked bland - and I couldn't find the macadamia unless it was made in macadamia oil. My family and I thought the soups had perfect amount of salt. The crab Rangoon had too much flavor and was not very crunchy - couldn't really taste the cream cheese. Good Chinese food. A wide variety of choices for Thai and Japanese food too. I ordered a usual suspect, chicken broccoli stir fry and they did not disappoint. The food came out quickly and tasted great! Crisp broccoli and tender chicken! The server was Super attentive! She came by regularly and I did not have to flag her down for anything. The food was very mediocre and disappointing. For a sit down restaurant I expect way better quality food and taste. We had the crab rangoons but the inside was very runny and too sweet! Definitely recommend for the sushi! It was soo good! There's a lot of options to choose from, and unfortunately I can't remember the name of the sushi roll that I got but it was fresh and super tasty! They have a large menu, including Chinese, Thai and Japanese cuisine. In addition to the sushi we ordered General Tso shrimp and chicken, as well as sweet and sour chicken to go. I was soo full from my sushi that I did not get to enjoy my General Tso shrimp until the next day. The shrimp, unlike the chicken, comes with the sauce separate. Which was perfect for me, because my food wasn't soggy! The sauce was flavorful and had the right amount of spice! Now. My husband, is a General Tso snob and requested the white meat chicken instead of the dark meat that it comes with. Unfortunately my husband didn't like the texture of the chicken, stating it was rubbery. He did say the sauce had a good flavor. This is in a strip with Panera Bread and Smoothie King., in the Kroger parking lot. Nicely decorated with a sushi bar section with 2 TVs. They play a radio station that you wouldn't expect with the atmosphere The menu is quite extensive- Chinese, Thai and Japanese and lots of sushi. The give you chow mein noodles to punch on while you wait. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Service was average, would have expected a little better since we were the only table during that time. They serve Coke Zero. Excellent restaurant along sugarloaf parkway. The crab Rangoon filling was a bit small but tasted great. The vegetable dumpling was pan fried and crisp. For the main course I had pad Thai with pork and it tasted great with a huge portion size for a very reasonable price. I normally find a lot of Thai places don't do pork well, but it tasted fantastic being juicy and full of flavor. I had the fillet and rice and vegetables meal clearly not fillet some sort of sirloin very tough. Very chewy some not even edible Service was good and the people were friendly. The layout is a little cramped in some spaces but still functional. Some of the group had a good meal, but the rest of us were not very pleased with the quality of the food. They have a online website where you can place your order and pay for it, no need to make a phone call. I have been to many Asian fusion restaurants, and this one ranks high for me. The fried rice is delicious, and the soups they have, such as the hot & sour soup is also delicious! They take their spicy options serious, so if you see a dish that says its spicy be warned!
