I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. A friend referred me over to Steve's Service Center of Knoxville. A day before taking the vehicle to Steve's, the engine through a rod and caught fire destroying the wiring harness. I had it towed to Steve's Service Center where I was told the wrong engine type was placed in the vehicle which was the cause of all the issues. Steve's had my engine replace with the proper engine under warranty and replaced the wiring harness. The fact that the issues were properly diagnosed helped to covered all the costs. The vehicle runs perfect now! I would not take my vehicle anywhere else or trust my vehicle with anyone but these folks. They know what they are doing and they are honest and trust worthy. It took him until 5 pm to change it, but he forgot his essential wheel bearing tool the snap ring wrench. So he had to go get it and I had to send him money to get it with! Then he comes back and all I hear is whack! Whack! Whack! Whack! And I'm thinking is that normal? Well he pretty much ran away from the scene. My ABS sensor is broken now and o have no speedometer and I have a hybrid so I need that abs sensor!! I can't believe this guy is in business he must have paid for all his "five star reviews" there's just no way. He completely ghosted me when I asked him to come back and fix the busted sensor.
