I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza. I received a medium pizza and an extra large box when I called to complain jefe himself answered the phone basically called me a liar when I offered to send him a picture to prove that I was not lying. He did not even want to see it offering me no way to prove that he was a liar. I ordered the pizza on DoorDash or if I had my own vehicle, I would've brought it back and thrown it in his face. Just had the new pizza. The dough feels like cardboard. Absolutely no rise to it at all. It looks like the dough from bad frozen pizza. It tastes even worse. Absolutely no flavor anywhere. Even the pepperonis. How? The mushrooms ordered on the pizza seemed to be mushroom pieces and stems from canned mushrooms from the store. Behind the counter the gentlemen is trying to dissuade people from ordering certain meats and when someone asked if their pizza could be cooked longer than it was, they argued again saying they have a system in place and it is cooked correctly. Red Lion Pizza is always so great to eat and they have good variety and they're just right around the corner from us better than red lion. They are further away but we try to use both of them so thanks a lot for red lion and they're always great especially when we had a power shortage and we had snow up here and they delivered milk and water and toilet paper. Everytime we order the food is generous, delicious and hot. The service is served with a smile, and we have been asked how the food was several times by the owners. The atmosphere is family friendly, with plenty of seating and entertainment options. The pizza was fine but the atmosphere was horrible. There was a father and his children obviously the mother was working the counter that was so loud and obnoxious that it was hard to even have a conversation at times. The father and children were having snowball fight outside and even hit the window of the business at one point. The father was constantly loud and cursing all while I had a young child in there myself. While the father was outside cursing about how he was going to beat somebody's ass the minor children were constantly going behind the counter and getting snacks which should never happen in a food establishment. There were ants in the soda from the fountain machine which they did replace with canned soda and I do appreciate that but proceeded to let other customers get soda from the same machine. I am aware of two different types of sodas that had ants for sure so I'm certain the soda machine should have been closed.Emplyees friends and families should not be treating a long time business like it's there home I understand that it's a family restaurant but there are still other families that would like to enjoy the restaurant without the the foul language, and inappropriate behavior. On a final note I am not having a issue with a father having a good time with his children I am talking about, wrestling in a establishment, threatening people on the phone, slamming into windows,walls and arcade games.i wanted to enjoy a restaurant that I have been to for 35 years as I always have and not feel the annoyance and frustration I felt this evening. read more

The area great, just don't get the cheese pizza, as it takes like frozen pizza. They advertise they make their own marinara, but it taste like straight tomato paste. No spices/seasoning/tang. They only use mozzarella, and very bland mozzarella, at that. The pizza literally tasted like nothing, and their trust is basic bland throw away crust. About 30% of the time I've ordered, the order was correct and tasty. I don't know his name but, the male that works there (or at least used to work there) was the only person who made quality pizza and got the order correct. He was always friendly and speedy. I haven't had him take an order for over a year so I don't think he works there anymore. Good guy. However, I've never received a correct order from any of the women there. It's nothing against women, just that bunch. They don't focus on anything, they're rude, they don't care about customers, they change delivery times on a whim, they mess up your order 100% (literally 100% of the time), and the place is WAY too expensive for the lack of quality. I don't know how many times I have tried to place an order only to be put on hold and forgotten about. It just happened for the last time about 15 minutes ago. I just sat there and listened to the employee talk to a friend about how nice it is that she lives nearby and how exhausting her job is. Never again. I shouldn't be dishing out $45-$50 an order only to repeatedly receive the wrong order from a disgruntled employee with a bad, perpetual victim mentality attitude. And don't think Mountain Mikes in Paradise is a good substitute. It isn't. They just hire a bunch of spoiled children that expect massive tips after taking 2 1/2 hours to deliver your order. Not to mention, one of their employees stole almost $15 from me. She said she was going to get change but then she got in her car and left with my money. Last Sunday We ordered one large pepperoni pizza and one extra large half cheese, the other half olives and sausage. We've ordered from here before and the pizza has been okay. This time both pizzas were horrible. It appeared the pizza may have been moved in a slanted downward way while the cheese and sauce were still very hot because half of each of the pizzas had no cheese or toppings on it. They were all on the bottom half of the pizzas towards the center of each one. Not only that The pizza that was supposed to have half pepperoni was covered with pepperoni all over it and underneath the cheese very difficult to remove. Charming hole in the wall pizza place in magalia off skyway. My only downfall is you have to pay .50 cents for. Soda refill and while ordering delivery they only have can sodas. I did not know that once and ordered on phone. No one told me it's only a small can till the driver got here. Very disappointing especially when i ordered 4 large pizzas lol.
