It was also $4 more than what I usually pay at home. As soon as I picked up the box to leave I had to open the lid to make sure it was mine because it was so light. Paradise pizza is extremely heavy and piled high with so many ingredients you can't even see the crust underneath! I actually took a picture to show my driver when they deliver my next pizza in Paradise. As an Applebee's franchise manager I know there is spec for each menu item and after looking at the online pictures I'm pretty sure the Paradise location isn't scrimping. The other one I went to is definitely cutting cost by using less. Very disappointing. Kudos Mountain Mike's in Paradise! You guys rock!!

My friend David Rojas worked with the new owner before he bought the place when Miss Nicky owned it. I came in lots of times when David Rojas worked there. Apparently the new owner didn't recognize me, I was in my work clothes and wanted a nice meal. Such a rude man. I would not recommend this establishment EVER. VERY RUDE AND HURTFUL OWNER. It was so much better when Mrs. Nicky owned it. I just wanted a nice meal. No compassion from this establishment. Pretty much ruined my day. These establishments up on the ridge have really lost how to treat people. Do not go to this establishment the owner is horrible. And I've been hearing the food isn't all that good anyways anymore like when Miss Nicky owned it. Get a clue Sr. , you're going to lose a lot of customers with your judgmental actions and attitude owards paying customers. Such a disappointment

"We went to dinner last night at Pizza Factory after baseball with our kids and grandkids and had such a wonderful experience! The food was great, everything came out fresh and delicious, and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved all the arcade games and toy machines, and what really made the night special was how thoughtful everyone was with our granddaughters. The owner gave all the girls little race car prizes, which completely made their night! Everyone working there was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. It was the perfect family dinner after a ballgame, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for families!" read more
