my family of nine, including four children stopped tonight for dinner. after a short wait while they put tables together for us, we were seated. Our waiter, Brett S was amazing. The 5 adults all ordered endless shrimp and it was so delicious! The plates had beautiful presentation, and all ordered were correct, which was great since we all ordered different combinations. When we ordered refills, the servers who brought them interacted with us like old friends. Brett was gracious about keeping our drinks filled and was on top of each refill we wanted. We had an up and down experience. We waited atleast 10 minutes plus before we were asked if we had been helped, Our waitress wasn't supposed to wait on us but she was good. I forgot to get her name but she took good care of us and kept us from having a bad experience or even leaving. The food was Good, the only thing that wasn't great in our Ultimate Feast was the lobster, it was OK. However, no complaints there. The staff is what I really wasn't happy with. We were greeted and seated very promptly, but the amount of staff that was too busy getting ready for close an hour and half before close to even ask us if we had been helped was obnoxious. I was thankful for the waitress that did stop. Then when I left this irritated me, I am walking out with a baby and a staff member was too busy on his phone to help me with the doors and get out. I hadn't been to Red Lobster in over 20 years. I stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful experience. They have a great lunch menu. I had the grilled shrimp power bowl. It was delicious. The service was great, and the atmosphere was nice. I don't know how but I forgot how good the biscuit are. OMG! After eating the biscuits I realized how to solve the drug problem in America. Just hand out biscuits to crack, and meth heads and they will stop the drug addiction and begin a biscuit addiction. Holy Crap, those things are over the top delicious. I ordered the power bowl to have a nice healthy clean lunch, and ruined my good intentions by eating 4 biscuits. Thank God they didn't put anymore in front of me because I was weak pathetic fool, with no will power when presented with pastry perfection. I got lunch or my wife and I and it was the worst lunch we have purchased from anyone and wasn't worth anywhere close to the $36.00 I spent for a order of butterfly shrimp for me with a hard a dry baked potato, coleslaw and fish and baked potato for my with which was over cooked and dry and the baked potato turned into mashed potatoes with tons of pepper. Food was terrible and they threw the butter. Packets into the hot bag and the leaked all over my wife's jeans. I'll not be going back and would suggest you do not either. From a 5 star restaurant to a 1/2 star restaurant, no wonder they're not doing the business they used to and wouldn't be supprised when they announce they are closing the doors. read more

yes, red lobster restaurants ARE always yummy. This one blew my socks off!!! So first we get a waiter who is very very cool. And I feel bad but I can't remember his name (it was a week ago though). Eddy maybe? I don't know, he was very nice. Their biscuits and Caesar salad are so good. SO GOOD! I came here for the endless shrimp, which is amazing and you should try it and I'm actually going again tomorrow... it's true. Eddy let me order three at a time because I couldn't decide. The sweet and spicy shrimp are very very good! So were their shrimp scampi, Parmesan crusted shrimp, and shrimp linguine. I wasn't a huge fan of their hand battered shrimp, but I tried it anyway because I CAN KEEP ORDERING WHATEVER I WANT!!! My friend ordered the tilapia... which could actually feed 12 people probably, it was MASSIVE!! I tasted it and it was quite cheesy and good! Not what I expected, but very good. Wonderful atmosphere, great service, fantastic food! I will admit sometimes it's a little pricy, but the food is so good it's worth it. And when they have their endless shrimp for $16(all you can eat AMAZING shrimp, a salad, biscuits, a side) it's TOTALLY WORTH IT! I'll be back... TOMORROW! I can't wait! woo! read more

Ah, Red Lobster. Their cheddar bay biscuits are so delicious! This has always been a special occasion type restaurant for my family. It has to be someone's birthday basically for us to go there. I know they're probably trying to steer clear of that image and be more casual, but I don't think there's anything wrong with being known as a special occasion place. My last visit was on Father's Day, and sadly my dad couldn't be there but my brother is a dad so it still counts. I went with my grandma, her man friend, brother, his wife, and their daughter. I'm assuming this location has been remodeled fairly recently - it looked a little brighter to me. My husband and I have a joke (that we totally borrowed from Project Runway) about "Red Lobster lighting". Anytime a restaurant is kind of dark, illuminated mainly by candlelight, we say it has "Red Lobster lighting". You know what i'm talking about, it was the place you took a date when you wanted to look better. The remodel / new lighting is much better, even though now everyone can see my entire face lol. 5 adults and a toddler were seated in a 6 person booth; we all had enough room. The service was really good - plates were cleared away in a timely manner, drinks were kept filled. My brother's wife recently started a gluten-free diet - our waitress brought out an allergy menu and went over each item with her, which was helpful. Our food came out at a good pace, we definitely weren't waiting long between our appetizers, salads, and the main course. I ordered the 'create your own combo' with salmon and grilled shrimp, and steamed broccoli. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Of course I had a cheddar bay biscuit, but i'm trying to be healthier so I just had one. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. Great experience! read more

Today I visited my this location for a birthday celebration with 4 other people. From the moment my party sat I should've known my celebration was going to be ruined. My server took 12 minutes to come over and greet us. We then ordered drinks from the bar which took another 20 minutes. Our order was missing multiple items when the manager came over she was very rude showed no empathy that our was incorrect. We sent all the food back and paid for our drinks and left. I haven't eaten at Red Lobster for quite a while. Now that Broken Arrow has so many restaurants, I have been sticking around here mostly. But today, I felt the urge for some of Red Lobster's cheddar biscuits. So off we went! I ordered salad, trout, and baked potatoes.The salad was pretty good. It came with bite-sized pieces of cucumber, as well as red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, and red onions. So many times, the salads are just lettuce, a small tomato or two, and some carrots. This one was much better than that. The trout was OK for price. I got the smaller size so there wasn't a lot there, and it was a tad bit on the dry side. But overall, it wasn't bad. I usually buy trout at more upscale restaurants for twice the price. Again, you get what you pay for. The baked Potato was good - fluffy inside, crispy on the outside. I didn't eat the broccoli. My husband said it was too cooked for him. The wait staff was very attentive. I was impressed with the service, however, it wasn't very busy. Some times, when it's less busy, you get less service. But not this time. We ended the meal with the chocolate chip lava cookie. There was not much lava and not enough ice cream. The cookie was not that great either. For the price of $6.50, I give this one a thumbs down. You get a much better cookie and ice cream and for less at Cheddars! The decor in this particular restaurant has been updated in last year. It was nice and clean inside. I love the cheddar biscuits and for that I will be back. Next time, I'm going to get the coconut shrimp. But no cookie. read more

This is not about the food or the service. The food was good, and so was the service. The low rating is so people will read this. We had a $10 gift card to use toward our bill. We informed the waitress, so she could apply it at the proper time. It was my wife's birthday, so we also had a free dessert available. We ordered the dessert, thinking we were having a very nice luncheon. However, when it came time to pay, we were told that the $10 gift card, and the "free" birthday dessert could not be used at the same time. It would have been nice to know that before-hand. So this is just to let people know that that is considered a "double-discount", and cannot be used as such. read more

I don't usually like to eat out at a chain restaurant with so many great local restaurants to choose from. My wife saw the red lobster and wanted to go "for old times sake". I have to admit the cheese biscuits are wonderful. The food was a little pricy for the quantity, but it was cooked well. The server was on her "A" game and really kept us in refills and food. The service was fantastic, no wait time on a Friday night (which should've clued us in) The shrimp was undercooked. The Lobster tail was absolutely disgusting and the tiniest I've ever seen. I am rather curious as to why this establishment fails to produce prices on their alcoholic drink items. Everything else on the menu has a price for. Including extra items on top of the entree. Appears to be a shady business practice. Is this issue due to the drink prices being over priced and those who are aware of the prices would refuse to pay such an amount. I haven't been to red lobster in years, primarily because the entrees are expensive and I usually steer away from chain restaurants. Because of COVID I have been ordering from a variety of different restaurants through delivery services like Grubhub, doordash etc. Unfortunately most of my food that I have ordered through other restaurants has not been great. I have tried to support local businesses as I know they are struggling right now. I decided to try red lobster tonight and I was very happy with my order. I ordered the battered fish with mashed potatoes and I added on garlic linguini and they gave me 3 cheddar biscuits. Everything was very good and it has been the best meal i have ordered while in quarantine since March 15. If this red lobster is operating with less workers and is understaffed the food quality did not reflect on that. I also got my delivery in great time as it was a Sunday around 430. Less then 30 min from order to delivery. Thanks for keeping your food and standards high during this time! I finally feel like I haven't wasted my money by ordering in. read more

I ordered the sailor's platter with hand-breaded fried shrimp, hand-crafted garlic shrimp scampi and broiled wild-caught flounder. I got a Caesar salad and a baked potato. read more

I went to Red Lobster for the first time Tuesday and was not impressed. The service started out great, but after we got our food the waitress did not come by again. No checking to make sure our food was good, no drink refills, nothing. The food was okay. I ordered the shrimp trio and it was alright. The linguini pasta that came with it tasted good but it didn't stay hot long, and when it got lukewarm it didn't taste very good. The other two kinds of shrimp weren't that good. My boyfriend ordered the snow crab and said it was bland. Both of us prefer the seafood we got at Joe's Crab Shack over Red Lobster. The only good thing about the meal was the cheddar biscuits. They were delicious, but I think I can easily recreate them at home. I won't be returning. read more

This location was disappointing compared to others I've visited. My husband and I went 2 days ago and ordered the Crab Linguini Alfredo to share (as we always do). Our waiter never introduced himself to me and was very distant- didn't seem to have time for us. The only drink refill I got came from someone else walking around with a water pitcher, and my husband finally got a new peach tea at the end of the meal. Our entree was definitely disappointing compared to any I've had before- it was just lacking flavor. And that's usually my favorite dish! Went to this Red Lobster on a business trip. Ordered clam chowder and seafood sampler. Chowder tasted like something out of a can, also not very hot. Seafood sampler was better, lobster mushroom and coconut shimp was good. I was disappointed about the chowder since that was the main reason for going to Red Lobster. read more

Generally have not been a Red Lobster fan over the years due to the fact that a lot of the seafood is frozen and average at best (not the lobsters swimming in the display tank of course).  Past visits at other RL locations have ranged from very good to terrible. We came here this time to see what the endless shrimp was all about. We were pleasantly suprised with the food.  Although it's not fresh out of the water seafood by any stretch of the imagination, it met our expectations. The service we had was exceptional. At no time did we have to flag anyone down to bring any more food or drinks out, as happens much too often at these type of restaurants.  We even had two to three servers at once replenishing our food and drinks.  It's nice to be able to tip someone for a well deserved service.  Five stars for the service and a solid three stars for the food. read more

i tried to phone ahead when someone finally answered they put me on hold and then it just rang and rang. so i had to go in to order and wait! I TOLD THE BARTENDER ABOUT THE PHONE ISSUE BUT SHE DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE IT AT ALL OR SAY SHE WAS SORRY. SHE LEFT AND ANOTHER BARTENDER TOOK OVER MY ORDER. SHE didnt offer me a drink while i waited or even water! My order came out wrong and that was fixed easily. I ordered the pick 2 only to find a hidden charge on my ticket for the tilapia! pick two MEANS TWO not an extra charge! the bartender who barely acknowledged me said "oh ya, red lobster up-charges a lot" she did offer me a free desert but i dont eat desert. how about a free beer on tap or house wine!!! terrible experience! i wont be back at that location!!!! read more
