We forgot to ask for glasses. Service was slow so we just drank them from the bottle, which we hate to do. The main plus for the Brookside restaurant is the location. During warm weather, the outdoor seating is fun. We had a fun evening with our granddaughter and her wonderful boyfriend. My advice to diners is to ask for the Happy Hour menu anytime you go to any restaurant between 2 PM and 7 PM. This isn't the only restaurant that has a Happy Hour but doesn't promote it. I had the beef flat noodle, which is my favorite thing to get here because they always do it perfectly the beef was tender and flavorful, and my friend was able to get the same thing but spicy which she loved and the portion is great too. We both had leftovers. My other colleague got the lo mein and she also had leftovers and enjoyed her food.
