Our server Andrea was awesome! She was very polite and prompt. Anything we needed she was back with it in a jiffy. I went online and placed a delivery order at 6:25 pm. Was informed it would be around 7 pm and we would have it here. Got a message that someone named Aziz was delivering it. They stated at one point the restaurant was packed. Then I got a message they were headed my way. Then it stated delivered at 7:28 pm. No one ever delivered my meal I ordered for me and my mom's Mother's Day dinner. I called the restaurant twice. The last time is was closing and the manager stated he had some 200 meals not delivered? Not really believing that. And that he would go ahead and give me a 100% refund. Like there was another option. Then stated this refund would take two weeks to return to my bank card. This was totally unacceptable even on a holiday! Do Not waste your money on Monday ENDLESS SHRIMP ! I ordered the hand breaded shrimp which was so greasy i had to blot it in the napkin. The outside breading was ok but the inside was raw dough next to the shrimp. I tried to pick off the breading and only eat the shrimp but it was not good. I reordered and ask for the shrimp to be cooked longer and explained why. The 2nd round of shrimp was the same. My daughter ordered Grilled shrimp with rice in a Ginger sauce which was good but the shrimp were Fried not Grilled. She got her grilled shrimp on a stick later. The waitress did not know how many sides we each got with the order and tried to find the answer on the menu. She decided it was one side which I later found out was not correct. She also never checked back to give us more water in our empty glasses with melted ice. She did check back to see if we were ready to pay the check and we explained she did not leave us a pen. She left and never came back. I got a pen from another server. When we left there were 4-5 people hanging around the front and they just said enjoy the evening. They never ask how was the meal. It may be best that they didn't. This same group was there when we first arrived but no one could greet us upon entering and with nobody else waiting to be seated ...we had to wait. I would not recommended going here for the endless shrimp on Mondays at all !! read more

Not a happy diner!! I did the Red Lobster to Go, after getting home 5 miles from the restaurant the order was incorrect. Very Good food and service was ok. Oysters on half shell -great, King Crab Legs -great :P, my brothers steak was over cooked, he always orders Pittsburgh crust( yummy seared outside) and rare. But then again, this isn't a steak. I wanted the oysters as an app, the waiter forgot about them and I asked when he was bringing out the rest of it. 4stars -Waiter was very attentive but forgot about oysters. read more

Our waitress had a pretty large table for my brother in laws birthday celebration. She handled everything like a professional and always kept coming back with refills, which is a big deal in my opinion, and made sure we were always comfortable and satisfied. At some point my husband overheard a manager talking to the staff saying how many customers they had so far that night (700) and how they were rockin their job and to keep up the great work! How amazing is that! A little appreciation goes such a long way!! Especially when it's such a busy time. read more

Not impressed! This used to be a good place to eat but not any longer. Started off by saying table for 4 please. As the lady who was going to seat us grabbed our silverware wrapped in napkins out of a basket she first had to remove a personal purse belonging to an employee. That was a dirty purse sitting on our napkins. (Barf #1) Then we got seated at a table that had not been wiped yet. (Barf #2) After placing our order we then proceeded to unwrap our silverware (wrapped in a dirty napkin) and then we notice that all 4 sets of silverware were dirty with crusty food. My wife mentioned to the waitress who says it's just water spots and that they are always that way. (Barf #3) next as the waitress refills our tables water I noticed something else poured in my glass. I pointed it out to her in disgust and she said oh it's just a lemon seed. I knew it was not a lemon seed and before handing over I said oh wait show me that lemon seed as I pointed it out. Then she said oh wait nevermind... because she saw that it was a huge piece of food floating in my new water that she just poured me and was trying to blame me instead of doing what a good waitress should do is apologize and get a new freaking drink. Maybe I just haven't been to Red Lobster in a long time and what I remember of it was wrong, but this place was pretty subpar. I went with my roommate the other day to reminisce my childhood and get myself some of their delicious cheese biscuits. The biscuits, did not disappoint. But the service was a little slow and our waitress seemed generally annoyed (which I don't really want to fault her on, because it seems like all of the customers in the restaurant were just being bitter or rude). I got the shrimp trio and my pasta basically came out in a clump which was a bit unappetizing and my roommate got a steak and some shrimp and her "medium" steak came out way overcooked. The environment seemed a little unorganized and uninviting. I was disappointed, but maybe we just came on an off day. read more

Traveling from out of town. Call ahead so I don't have to wait 20 min when I get there. They got my order wrong so what do I have to do wait 20-25 min to get the right order. No apologize no offer of a free dessert or anything. Though I wouldn't have taken it, but the principle is what matters. Then I get back to the hotel and no silverware!!! My family and I went to red lobster for a Sunday Meal. I ordered the Seaside Trio, when my meal came out the edge of the plate including some pasta was splattered with some type of dark dressing. I was not pleased, I was shocked this was not a great presentation. I had so many questions like where did it come from, what is it? The waiter just apologized and moved on. I was not to pleased but very hungry I decided to let it go and continue my meal avoiding that area. Another thing the kids got served last and adults first it should have been vice versa. To say the least, Beyoncé way wrong. The night started off on the wrong foot. We called several hours ahead and made a reservation for 10 people for 6:30. We waited for 30 minutes upon arrival until our table (which we had a reservation for) was ready. Our drinks took about 15 minutes to come out and the biscuits took forever. Half of our food came out at once and the other half 10 minutes later, which was already 10 minutes late. We asked several time for our drinks to be refreshed but it wasn't until the fourth time we actually received more. Tartar sauce was requested but was not received until a while later. The manager and asst manager approached us and apologized for the inconvenience. The food was cold and dry and not worth the 2 hour wait. The waitresses were a little too close for comfort and extremely scattered and confused. I most likely won't be going back to red lobster unless it's for the cheddar biscuits. Beyoncé isn't a food critic, she's a superstar. read more

We were made to wait for 20 minutes which isn't bad except that the table was empty the entire time. It was visible from the lobby. The hostess was rude and the service was slow. They were out of biscuits because a call in order got them all (??) . Had to wait over 30 minutes to get any and then over 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress spilled tea all over the table and then just left it. I would NOT recommend. read more

We went here for the summer '17 seafood specials. Have been here several times over the years, and the physical condition of this restaurant is going way DOWN HILL. Upon entering, there is a faint moldy smell. As you get to the tables, we could smell nothing but mold and mildew in the atmosphere.....perhaps the carpets?????!!!! The seafood crab dishes were okay (faintly disguised the terrible smell in the air) but was overpriced for the quality. The corn on the cob and broccoli were overcooked/borderline burnt in some places. The 2 stars is for our waitress who did her best, was kind and efficient. read more

Went out to eat at the Red Lobster on Memorial in Tulsa. We ordered water with a beer and a glass of wine. Our waters only showed up after our food got there, even after prompting the waiter multiple times. Once he even walked by and as we were asking about our waters, the waiter said he hadn't forgotten about them... Pretty sure he did forget! And it's not like it was busy, staff members were just standing around. When our meal came, the snow crab had gone bad. It was super fishy tasting and had a horrible smell. I was able to eat the rest of my meal (shrimp and mashed potatoes) before I could flag down the waiter to let him know. When I finally got his attention he offered to replace the snow crab, which I declined. The manager came over and offered me more snow crab, once again I declined. Then he asked what we were drinking, water, and said he would get those refilled for us. Well, needless to say that didn't happen right away. During the time we were paying for the meal, we got a refill. The manager said he took the snow crabs off the bill but when the bill came, it wasn't. At this point, for the principle of the matter, we brought the issue up with the waiter. Finally something was done right and the bill was changed As we were leaving, the waiter said to come back and see him. Yeah, like that will happen! Big mistake to go and eat there. I have had this on my mind for a week now. Friday the 19th of February I took my little 91 year old client to Red Lobster for an early birthday lunch. I am his caregiver. He was excited as he rarely gets out. When we got there it wasn't busy as it usually is but not slow either. It was 1 PM. My daughter meet us there on her lunch break. She has an hour break. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting for our table "not sure why" then when seated it took quite a while for out waitress to get to us. I don't know if I want to say she was rude or not, just not sure. We ordered, my client wanted steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My daughter ordered garden salad with chicken and I ordered (as I always do) Walt's fried shrimp. No biscuits were bought out with our drinks. Not even mentioned. about half hour later another waitress bout our food to us. My clients steak was black from being over cooked. He did order it med. well. but this was ridiculous. He couldn't eat it. My daughter had to leave as soon as her salad got to table and asked for to go box. More than 5 minutes to get it. She again told our waitress it was my clients birthday. I was really wanting to get a happy birthday song sang to my client. When we came it they were singing one to someone. Never got one. I was very upset. The waitress did bring him a piece of cheesecake. I'm not asking for anything at all. Just wish our older little would get a little more attention. He deserved better. No I did not say anything to anyone, I didn't want to make my little mans day any worse. By the way Red Lobster truly is my favorite restaurant. Just needed to get this off my chest.
