So Originally I wanted a Banana Mango Smoothie, instead I was brought a pineapple Mango smoothie by my partner because this is what the Red Mango establishment had. One can not always win, so one must always try new things. I will be honest it was ok, but I was not feeling the flavor, so my partner switched with me and I had her banana peanut butter smoothie and she had mine. Employees today at midday were too busy talking to each other and could care less that I'm waiting for my order. (I was the only customer in there at the time) The cashier stood there to see how much I was going to tip her (as if that made any difference) then proceeded to talk to her coworker. No work ethic, sense of urgency, or any form of customer service. Further training is needed. I understand that the staff are teenagers but you can visit countless businesses where teenagers are the exact opposite of the Red Mango staff. We visited this location tonight and their computers went down and there was a significant wait, but they were really great and handed out b1 g1 free coupons which they let us use once the machines were back up. They didn't mind that half the people were standing there licking the ice cream out of their cups while they waited! I kept reminding the kids that they didn't pay for it yet, but it's so good they couldn't resist licking it!! The adults around us were doing it too. I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of their product, and how nice the associate that assisted me/checked me out was. It was very busy in there, but she was very attentive and friendly despite that. The only issue I had was it was a bit messy, with customers' old cups and the like laying on the floor and the table back by the dispensers. But that was just a product of how busy it was.
