This nail salon is absolutely amazing!! After looking at some pics/reviews, I decided to give them a try. I was looking for a salon to come to after work since I get off at 5pm. Mimi was able to accommodate me, get me an appointment, and took great care of me/my nails. They came out BEAUTIFUL! She was so sweet and kind. I know a good person when I see one! She was also gentle with the drill (I got acrylic full set). The color I got is bubble bath by OPI, she did 3 coats (per my request) and I just love it. I can't stop looking at them lol. I'm a pretty basic girl when it comes to my nails (as far as color) so the shape and neatness means everything. Precision goes a LONG way and she NAILED it!!! No pun intended ;) If you're looking for a salon with quality work then give them a try I can almost guarantee you'll be a happy customer. read more

Recently moved to the area so I needed to find a new nail salon. I did a quick google search and found they have high ratings. I also discovered it was family owned, so of course that made me want to try it out more. I'm so glad I did! I walked in and immediately was greeted by Mimi! I only wanted a simple gel manicure over my real nails and honey, let me tell you! The work they put in and I didn't even get acrylic?! 10/10, I do recommend! The care, the attention to detail, cleanliness, customer service, etc...shall I continue? I don't get my nails done often, just for special events. But let me tell you, I will be back! read more

Tee was really sweet when I came in for a full set but she cannot do nails to save her life. She was very welcoming, talkative, nice, and attentive. I paid $50 for my full set. But it was soooo poorly done. She took almost two hours. When I told her some of my nails were crooked she tried to fix them, but they were still horrible. I didn't like the polish color and she told me it was too late to change it because she couldn't start over... so she put another color on top... it was all just a fail. Customer service was amazing but the actual service was not worth it. I hate to not go again, but my nails are BAD. In the interest of full disclosure, I am their window cleaner, not a customer. That having been said, I've been "going here" for years. The staff has always been kind and friendly. The newest owner (of the past year or two) seems to make some improvement in the decor or layout every time I stop by. This shows me she takes a real pride and interest in her business. Red Nails Customer of Chris for years and always pleased with the services received. On recent visit 02/25/2012 found out shop had been SOLD and Chris and his family have relocated. I have worn acrylic nails for well over thirty-five years and I know how my nails wear when done right. The new owner was told up front what I wanted and expected. The new owner did no drill prep work on my nails, nails were shortened and greatly mis-shapen, no fresh acrylic liquid was used on my nails, no primer as requested was used on my nails-she used Bond Aid. I get my nails curved with a square tip and "French" air brush manicure. The new owner did the "French" manicure by hand and it looks like a child had done it. I and my husband had pedicures which were done by Jackie and were just fine. On Monday 02/27/2012 all ten nails were lifting?. The acrylic was chipping off? On Wednesday 02/29/2012 I had two nails starting a green fungus? I never ever get a fungus on my nails. The new owner had managed to take the curve out of every nail? I did call the new owner and requested a full refund for the acrylic nails and "French" manicure of $30. Now I am left with a set of ruined nails that need to be soaked off and a brand new full curved set started. The new owner is more concerned with cleaning and painting of the shop rather than trying to keep the business of an existing Customer of Chris? I also do not at all appreciate the fact that she did nothing but argue with me over these issues when brought to her attention!!!!!!! I am loyal to a shop once I find one that will do what it takes to keep my nails in good condition and looking good but under this new owner I would never recommend this shop to anyone I know. This place is under new management now, so if you have been before, consider going back! I have been getting my nails done by Tracy for over five years. She DOES have her own license and she always does a wonderful job (obviously, or I would not keep going back!). She just bought this new place and if you have been there before, you will be completely surprised. To those who say it is filthy, the walls have been repainted and everything has been cleaned up. Tracy always keeps everything clean. Don't pay attention to those reviews from before 2/14/2012 because everything is completely different AND BETTER now. It's sad that people will miss out on getting a great nail job done because they only look at old reviews. read more

I think it is time for Ingrid to find a new nail salon. I have gone to Tracy for about 10 years and have always been more than pleased. I have had acrylic and gel nails and now have decided to go au natural with my own nails. Tracy is very attentive and cares about her customers and is willing to make them happy. ( that is why she gave a full refund) If Ingrids nails had to be soaked off they they couldn't have lifted up, could they? Also 35 years is a long time to wear acrylics! I say give Tracy a try, she is very good at what she does and deserves to have a successful business. I was the first customer of the day and it was obvious the place had not been cleaned. They tried to do acrylic nails (cheaper) on me instead of the gel that I was paying for and got irritated when I objected. Then they did a very poor job - my nails were thick and there were air bubbles in them. I asked for the 2 worst looking ones to be done over again and they started speaking angrily in another language. The worst service I have ever received. read more

She runs her business very professionally and strives to have a clean, neat facility. My husband, who is diabetic, gets a pedicure at least once a month and is most impressed with the experience.
