I used to love this place.... This is the 3rd time within like the last 2 months I've been here and they have messed up my order. Which is frustrating, specially when you've been craving something specific from them. I've ordered from the kiosk and an actual person before and the order ends up being wrong. Ever since new ownership took over, I feel like the quality of this place has gone down. Or at least the quality of the food has gone down. The shredded turkey isn't even the same anymore. sliced turkey is no longer the same, you can tell it is from a packaged brand, the one that they use now definitely changes the flavor of the bagel XL. The other day I ordered a bagel XL with sliced turkey, egg,cheese, and cream cheese,l and when I got home it wasn't the sliced turkey but the turkey patty. When I I got home I called them and advised them it was the wrong order. They said to bring it back, and they would make the right one, which they did. But driving back and forth 15 mins each way to go pick it up and exchange it because they wrong is a bit of hassle. Also, it seems like their ordering system is also always printing out the wrong order. And then a few days later I placed an order for delivery and the drink was wrong. I had ordered the peach drink and I got some berry one. I also order a plain bagel with cream cheese for someone and it barely had any cream cheese. read more

I've been here four or five times now and have enjoyed it each time. I usually bring a friend to try it out but this time my daughter and granddaughter met me there. The food arrives quickly and the waitstaff at the counter tries to be very helpful. It was near my hotel and it was nice it was drive thru Got a lavender latte with regular milk ( I liked the lavender syrup it was really refreshing ) And I ordered an oat milk cappuccino with maple spice syrup. I was introduced to Red Owl thru a Yelp Event and I've been coming back ever since. Now, it's a part of my Orange Park coffee stop finds. Today service was in and out but I used the drive thru. Inside does take a we bit longer especially if you order a cooked item. My go to is the Yorkshire it has a butterscotch that lingers slowly and then punches right through to delight your taste buds after the espresso hits. & when we talk about cold foam their cold foam is cold-foaming. It's thick, creamy & sweet and last the entire drink. Loved my first visit & iced coffee here this past week! Fall drink menu available in August?... don't mind if I do, thanks fam! I got the iced pumpkin spiced latte (small since it was late in the afternoon and I need to humble myself more often when it comes to sugar + caffeine) I asked if there was a way to reduce the sugar a little and the girl behind the counter was very helpful and said she can reduce the amount of flavored pumps she puts into my latte which I very much appreciated. I also was able to use oat milk instead of whole milk as well which my tummy really likes when I remember to do that. We live on the other side of town. We've driven by The Red Owl Coffee a handful of times but just never had the time to stop. Today we did and so glad we did!!! I got the hot Caramel Dolce which was a Perfect Blend of White Mocha & Caramel! Loved it and so glad I got this one. I definitely recommend you try this one next you come by. I'm constantly looking for a great coffee shop in jax, but for some reason it feels impossible. Red Owl is constantly catching my eye when I commute in the morning and I finally decided to try it after checking out the menu. They have some fantastic sounding coffee flavored drinks. I opted for the golden owl. Vanilla and caramel coffee, iced. That's my newest flavor jam I'm obsessed with. Unfortunately it didn't satisfy my taste buds. It felt like it had so much potential but was missing the mark. The coffee flavor was slightly watered down. The vanilla was nice and there was a huge layer of caramel at the bottom of the cup. It was constantly settling to the bottom and needed to be stired up so the caramel flavor could be evenly tasted. It was just okay. I wasn't going gaga over it. It was 6 and change for a medium iced coffee. Not any worse then an overpriced Starbucks. Service was quick and pleasant. Location is right off the main road. Because of the interesting flavor combos, I may try them one more time and get a hot coffee. I feel like it's at least worth another try. read more

I ordered the black and white mocha iced and added cream.....it was probably the best coffee I've ever had! I know!!!!! And I'm a coffeeaholic! It was a mild, refreshing brew on the palate with just the perfect notes! My daughter had a frotherd Carmel, and it was just as good. We split an everything bagel with turkey sausage, egg and cheese and it was perfect! I got a chance to talk to the owners.... Tristan and Claire discovered they grind the beans right there. Make their own whipped cream and use only the finest flavored ingredients! That was definitely a given! Their passion for coffee was impressive and they were so fun to talk to. They have a great menu. This is my most favorite coffee shop since the first day of their soft open. From the golden owl, all the way to the Yorkshire are amazing. The chocolate chip muffin is absoultely fire!
