I used to love this place.... This is the 3rd time within like the last 2 months I've been here and they have messed up my order. Which is frustrating, specially when you've been craving something specific from them. I've ordered from the kiosk and an actual person before and the order ends up being wrong. Ever since new ownership took over, I feel like the quality of this place has gone down. Or at least the quality of the food has gone down. The shredded turkey isn't even the same anymore. sliced turkey is no longer the same, you can tell it is from a packaged brand, the one that they use now definitely changes the flavor of the bagel XL. The other day I ordered a bagel XL with sliced turkey, egg,cheese, and cream cheese,l and when I got home it wasn't the sliced turkey but the turkey patty. When I I got home I called them and advised them it was the wrong order. They said to bring it back, and they would make the right one, which they did. But driving back and forth 15 mins each way to go pick it up and exchange it because they wrong is a bit of hassle. Also, it seems like their ordering system is also always printing out the wrong order. And then a few days later I placed an order for delivery and the drink was wrong. I had ordered the peach drink and I got some berry one. I also order a plain bagel with cream cheese for someone and it barely had any cream cheese. read more

I've been here four or five times now and have enjoyed it each time. I usually bring a friend to try it out but this time my daughter and granddaughter met me there. The food arrives quickly and the waitstaff at the counter tries to be very helpful. They do have communal puzzles at one of counters for you to work on if you have to wait a little bit (or just for fun). I had the breakfast croissant sandwich this time and it was very good. I added spinach and avocado--very nice. I also had a caramel Latte with almond milk and that was great. They have a nice "soft seating" area for a small book club or the like. Cool place! read more

It was near my hotel and it was nice it was drive thru Got a lavender latte with regular milk ( I liked the lavender syrup it was really refreshing ) And I ordered an oat milk cappuccino with maple spice syrup. I was introduced to Red Owl thru a Yelp Event and I've been coming back ever since. Now, it's a part of my Orange Park coffee stop finds. Today service was in and out but I used the drive thru. Inside does take a we bit longer especially if you order a cooked item. My go to is the Yorkshire it has a butterscotch that lingers slowly and then punches right through to delight your taste buds after the espresso hits. & when we talk about cold foam their cold foam is cold-foaming. It's thick, creamy & sweet and last the entire drink. Inside is setup as a workspace commingle with lounging areas. Don't forget to add to the community puzzle while you are there. read more

Red Owls building looks so inviting from The road you will want to stop by. I opted to run through the drive thru with two small kids I didn't want to interrupt anyone else's dining experience. I ordered an iced Golden Owl (Caramel & Vanilla), it was tasty without a hint of bitterness. The staff were friendly and the drive through was quick. One thing I would like to see updated is the drive through menu, it looks like it may have listed prices that are not current and have tape over them. It doesn't give the best vibe. Loved my first visit & iced coffee here this past week! Fall drink menu available in August?... don't mind if I do, thanks fam! I got the iced pumpkin spiced latte (small since it was late in the afternoon and I need to humble myself more often when it comes to sugar + caffeine) I asked if there was a way to reduce the sugar a little and the girl behind the counter was very helpful and said she can reduce the amount of flavored pumps she puts into my latte which I very much appreciated. I also was able to use oat milk instead of whole milk as well which my tummy really likes when I remember to do that. This is the cutest, cleanest spot off blanding! If I lived closer I'd totally bring my laptop with me to get some remote work done here. I appreciate the fact that they have plugs conveniently located throughout the shop for any devices that need charging. I didn't have my dog with me on this visit but they did say they honor pup cups! There are cute photos on the wall of peoples pets that come by to snag a cup! We live on the other side of town. We've driven by The Red Owl Coffee a handful of times but just never had the time to stop. Today we did and so glad we did!!! I got the hot Caramel Dolce which was a Perfect Blend of White Mocha & Caramel! Loved it and so glad I got this one. I definitely recommend you try this one next you come by. I'm constantly looking for a great coffee shop in jax, but for some reason it feels impossible. Red Owl is constantly catching my eye when I commute in the morning and I finally decided to try it after checking out the menu. They have some fantastic sounding coffee flavored drinks. I opted for the golden owl. Vanilla and caramel coffee, iced. That's my newest flavor jam I'm obsessed with. Unfortunately it didn't satisfy my taste buds. It felt like it had so much potential but was missing the mark. The coffee flavor was slightly watered down. The vanilla was nice and there was a huge layer of caramel at the bottom of the cup. It was constantly settling to the bottom and needed to be stired up so the caramel flavor could be evenly tasted. It was just okay. I wasn't going gaga over it. It was 6 and change for a medium iced coffee. Not any worse then an overpriced Starbucks. Service was quick and pleasant. Location is right off the main road. Because of the interesting flavor combos, I may try them one more time and get a hot coffee. I feel like it's at least worth another try. read more

I ordered the black and white mocha iced and added cream.....it was probably the best coffee I've ever had! I know!!!!! And I'm a coffeeaholic! It was a mild, refreshing brew on the palate with just the perfect notes! My daughter had a frotherd Carmel, and it was just as good. We split an everything bagel with turkey sausage, egg and cheese and it was perfect! I got a chance to talk to the owners.... Tristan and Claire discovered they grind the beans right there. Make their own whipped cream and use only the finest flavored ingredients! That was definitely a given! Their passion for coffee was impressive and they were so fun to talk to. They have a great menu. The inside was comfy, and we chatted inside for over an hour. There is also a convient drive thru. Walked in and was greeted by the friendliest staff in a longggg time! The outside and inside of the establishment is very modern and edgy. Plenty of seating and outlets for studying or working. I ordered the croissant sandwich with bacon and American cheese and a golden owl coffee. The sandwich was okay.. I even tried my wife's (grilled chicken) and was not impressed. The sandwiches lack dimension.. sauces.. textures.. As for the coffee, I was taken a back. It really left me in my chair wondering what was going on. This is my most favorite coffee shop since the first day of their soft open. From the golden owl, all the way to the Yorkshire are amazing. The chocolate chip muffin is absoultely fire!
