This place is so cute ! I loved the vibes and aesthetic! Plenty of room to sit and enjoy your coffee. The front is so cute as well. Plenty of parking in the front and around back. The owner was so kind and informative and shared that they are expanding into the shop directly next to them very soon ! They roast their beans in house and have all homemade syrups! They use 1oz of syrup so just the right amount of sweet. The iced honey with a pinch of sea salt latte was so good! As well as the hot vanilla latte! I'm giving 10/10 all around for this one! They use pacos coffee which if you know you know it's the best! Will definitely go back

Pulled up to Parkwood Coffee Lab for my first visit and yeah, this one hit. Started with the Vanilla-Cinnamon Latte. Warm, cozy, and perfectly balanced. But the real MVP? A custom order. Iced Latte - Oat Milk, Maple Syrup, with a Dash of Sea Salt Sweet, smooth, slightly savory. Elite combo. Excellent call. Small, welcoming space with big coffee energy and they even roast their beans on site, which always earns extra points in my book. First visit, but definitely not the last.

First time here! Definitely off the beaten path, and a cozier atmosphere - tables were all full so not somewhere you can go with a guaranteed spot to sit & stay. But the staff was super kind and took their recommendation of a maple vanilla latte (no extra charge for 2 syrups!!!). A little less sweet than I usually like, but still very good and will be back. A little on the pricier side but worth a splurge.

Finally paid a visit to Parkwood Coffee Lab and glad I did. This is a new favorite. Ordered the hot Maple Latte. The Paco's coffee roast was delicious, latte was the perfect temperature and had the slightly maple flavor just blended perfectly with the espresso. The shop is adorable, well decorated with a coffee roasting machine front and center and a fantastic bar seating set up. I talked with one of the owners who was extremely friendly and they're looking to expand the size and grow more events. The location is well planned as its tucked in between businesses on Old St. Augustine Road with no close shops so wishing the best success for this business.

It was good, definitely needs to work on expanding the beverage offerings. My Cortado was quite bitter but it may have been the roast I am not use to. Service overall was great. One worker, working hard on the steady rush.

I live a few blocks from here and finally decided to try it after walking my daughter to school. This space got a total facelift from the previous place that was there. It's clean with some inside seating. I really wanted an iced chai latte, the owner said they're still trying to find the right chai mix, so I ordered an iced vanilla latte instead. It was delicious! Just the right amount of vanilla flavor, not overpowering and not too sweet. I really enjoyed Parkwood Coffee, look forward to coming here again soon. I know there are a lot of coffee places in the San Marco area, I definitely recommend this! Update: this is definitely my new day coffee spot, they make their own syrups!

This brand new coffee shop is still in the soft opening phase but they are no strangers to the coffee business, being owners of beloved local coffee brand Paco's Coffee. Beans are roasted fresh every Tuesday. The shop is small and cute with a couch and a bar. Friendly, helpful service. And most importantly, the coffee is really good and made the way it's supposed to be made with more of a focus on quality than flavor trends.

This immediately became my new favorite coffee shop! Having just moved into the former space of the legendary Southern charm barbecue on Saint Augustine Road, this third wave of coffee shop will actually move the perceived boundaries in San Marco to the East. I tried both the Peruvian and Colombian pour-overs, and both were fantastic. Mike and Brandon were super nice, and the café was comfortable to sit for a while. I'll be back later this week for sure!

Great vibe but inconsistent food choices. Fixing that might ensure success here. I'm not sure I'll b back if I can't rely on that.

Love Parkwood Coffee! No frills, just amazing and delicious coffee. The bagel they source from a local bakery was so good too!

The chai specifically was made from the generic tazo concentrate served in every chain coffee shop. The ambiance of the store was very nice tho. I loved the plants draped all around & the fact that they were for sale. Lastly, I also wish there was better seating there was one couch but otherwise you're stuck with hard plastic chairs and tables inside. The space is not good for lounging for an extended period of time.

I was there for a Cheeselandia event and I must say they picked a lovely spot. As soon as I walked in I noticed all of the plants scattered throughout the space. And the presence of the plants instantly gave me a peaceful feeling. I took home a piece of cake as well as a piece of spinach quiche. Both were delicious but my favorite was the quiche. The piece was big enough for me to have it two days in a row. Service was friendly and inviting. There was also a huge patio and a parking lot. They host regular events such as trivia night which I learned from reading the flyer on the bathroom wall. And they are open later than a regular coffee house. I suggest stopping in and checking them out!

We really liked that they use single origin coffee unlike Starbucks, lol. The space feels modern yet comfortable, with plenty of windows for people-watching or enjoying the nice weather. They also have a nice selection of breakfast items, including pastries and muffins that pair perfectly with your drink. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and created a positive atmosphere from the moment we walked in. As an added bonus, they also have a drive-thru if you're in a hurry. The parking right in front isn't the best but there is ample parking in the shops surrounding the business. The environment was lowkey with several patrons on laptops or catching up with friends. I had no idea what I wanted but definitely wanted to try their drinks and a biscuit. I ended up having them customize an iced caramel latte and ordering a cheddar and cheese biscuit. Everything tasted amazingggg. The biscuit was fresh and I didn't feel heavy after eating it. The latte had the perfect amount of sweetness. Both items complemented each other well and the pricing was very fair. They do sell their own coffee and it seemed like everyone had a cup. I think one of the better things about it is the drive-thru for people who don't want to get out the car. I am confident enough to use the drive-thru now that I have a go-to order. I rate this place a 10/10 and I will definitely be back to try some of the pastries and different coffee flavors.
