My biggest gripe with this place is they don't enforce the no shoe policy. I have a crawler so it was unsettling for me.

They have fun claw machines too with nice prizes!! Have a party and prizes!

A great space for the kiddos to explore and grow! Super nice space for kids parties and the claw machines add some more fun!! Have to get that mega prize!! The place is also super clean and the staff is friendly. 5

Today we had the pleasure of attending our friends' son's birthday party at Red Panda Play Space. This is an indoor play place the set up is so fun and creative, we've never been to a kids party like this before. Instead of having an indoor playground party, the stations allow kids to use their imagination while playing at areas set up as a pretend diner, grocery store, checkout, a kitchen, bakery, grilling, etc. The kids were having so much fun that the birthday boy didn't even want to have pizza because he was stuck at the train station area the whole time. Our son loved playing with the grill area, pretending to be like his parents cooking in the kitchen and using the microwave. Once he found the blender, we couldn't get him to go during the cake cutting time. The time flew by, and all of the kids were having a blast. The fact that it's indoors means it'll be a great place to visit on a rainy day. We met the Owner, she's so nice and I highly recommend you come visit to try something new. It's a new small business, please come support and watch your children have a blast!

WHEN: Sun @1:30pm This place may be tricky to find but at least there's plenty of free parking! We celebrated my nieces birthday here on a Sunday afternoon, and the package was as follows: $375 2 Hours Tables and chair setup Tablecloths, utensils, paper plates, napkins, and one juice/kid. Guests may come 30 mins before party time to set up their own decorations and stay 15mins after to take down decorations. Vicky and her staff member were present at all times, checking to see if we are okay and cleaning up where necessary. They were both friendly and so helpful! They would make sure the place is ordering, helping assist with the kids playing. This place is quite spacious with plenty to do and play! There's even a dress up area with lots of costumes and even a nail salon with nail polish that washes off easily! There's a table outside for gifts, where the gift shop is. Show aren't allowed but you can't be barefoot either, so bring socks! The only downside to this is that it's in the second floor to a pretty old building that looks like it used to be an apartment complex, converted to commercial space use. There are no elevators so plan accordingly when bringing stuff for setting up. The kids really enjoyed the place and I would say it was a successful birthday bash thanks to Red Panda. Thanks again!

I'm a mom of 3 boys, and my boys all under the age of 4 absolutely love red panda! It's very clean, feels safe, not overwhelming and they change up the setup/ toys occasionally. They even offer private party packages which is amazing! Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking care of us!

We love Red Panda! It's a much more relaxing experience compared to other play places with big climbing structures. They keep the space very clean, and they regularly come through to tidy up the toys for the next round of children.

I came to the soft opening. The place is super cute with tons of imaginative play toys; restaurant, grocery store, dollhouse, doctor, train set and more. It was perfect for my 4 year old daughter who didn't ever want to leave. The owner was very kind and gave us a balloon and some socks because my son kept slipping on the floor. The staff were friendly and frequently cleaning the areas. There was plenty of parking but the building is not visible from the boulevard. We will definitely be back!

A great place for kids to pretend play. It's a clean facility with a great selection of toys and costumes. My son can spend hours here. They have free wifi and plenty of seating for parents to sit and observe their child(ren) play.

Max was 100 for a comfortable party flow. Basically you bring your own food, drinks, decorations and the team helps you set up and clean up. Kids do playtime for the first 2 hrs and 15 min, then everyone eats and does happy bday song/cake in the last 45 min. I want to respectfully correct the record: while the holiday books were indeed on a bookshelf, the Pride book and about eight others were stacked directly inside the enclosed toddler climbing structure. This specific structure has explicit signage stating 'no one over 3'5" allowed' and 'no adults allowed.' (Photo attached for reference and the book was behind the sign in the structure.) While we have absolutely no issue with the gay community, we believe strongly that parents, not a local business, should be the ones deciding how and when to introduce social concepts to their young children. Placing this material in an enclosed space where parents are expressly forbidden from entering, and where a toddler can simply grab it unguided, is an overstep of boundaries. We expect a business catering to toddlers to remain a neutral environment.

I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

For the amount of money we paid, I expected much better customer service, organization, and overall value. The party required a 50% deposit of $187, and when we arrived, I paid the remaining $187, bringing the party package to $374. We were also told that if we stayed past 2:30 PM, there would be an additional charge. We ended up going only about 3 minutes over, and the employee immediately told us we had to pay another $50. Altogether, we spent $424 for this party. For $424, I really do not feel like the experience or package was worth the price. We still brought our own snacks for our guests, the decorations that were included were very basic, and we received a small pizza. I expected a lot more considering the cost of the package. What bothered me even more than the price was the customer service. The girls working at the front were rude and had an attitude, not only toward us but toward our guests as well. Some of our guests arrived around 2:00 PM, and instead of politely explaining anything to them, the staff tried to turn them away. Multiple guests specifically came to me afterward and mentioned how rude the employees at the front were and how uncomfortable their attitude made them feel. That is extremely disappointing when you are paying hundreds of dollars to host your child's birthday party somewhere. I completely understand that businesses have rules regarding party times and additional fees. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those policies, especially to paying customers and their guests. After already paying $374, bringing our own snacks, receiving very basic decorations and a small pizza, being told we owed another $50 because we were approximately 3 minutes over just made the entire experience feel very money-focused rather than customer-focused. I wanted my daughter's birthday to be a fun and special experience, and thankfully she still enjoyed herself, which is what mattered most to me. But from a parent's perspective, I would not purchase the party package here again. Between the $424 total cost, basic party setup, limited food, strict additional charge, and especially the rude customer service, I personally do not feel the package was worth what we paid. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously because when families are spending this much money to celebrate an important day for their child, they should at minimum be treated politely and made to feel welcome.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!
