I really liked this place the first I went in for a full set all white gel and slightly longer nails. The were done by the husband he charged $45.00 and he took his time over an hour and I loved them. He was also very gentle. Today I went in for the fill it was super rushed and less than an hour ( I mean it's a fill) but I noticed they were slightly bubbly and uneven and even shorter I was charged $50.00 And while I don't care about the price I'm just annoyed with the quality. I'm so tired and made effort to make conversation today and I just felt like I don't know I was rushed out I also feel a cut underneath my index finger that burns from the filing. The owner ( which is also the wife ) was super fast and just rough. I didn't say anything I always feel bad... I left a tip too but I won't be back to this location unless the lady's husband does them again. They have great customer service I just feel I didn't receive the same treatment and quality as last time. I hate to leave this review but I'm just so irritated by this. This review is only on pedicures because that's the only service I repeatedly get here. The customer service is great, I never feel like they're annoyed or judging me for something like I do other salons. They are very clean here and do their best to make you feel comfortable. I get my gel manicure done by Miss Linda every time by request. If Miss Linda isn't there, I will reschedule until she is! I don't normally get pedicures. I probably get them once every few months because I rarely show my feet. I thought "why not" and I'm so glad I did. Miss Rose did my gel pedicure and it was wonderful! These wonderful women are very detail oriented and super sweet. I have been to much more expensive places and I have yet to receive such great services elsewhere. I go rock-climbing indoors and outdoors so I do expect chipping here and there but for the most part, my nails stay pretty intact! I haven't gotten a full set here because I need shorter nails, but my gel stays put! This place is my go-to for sure. The shop isn't stuffy or unkempt. I have social and generalized anxiety and I find myself actually being able to relax when I come in. Whoever is supervising for the day is also always willing to help the technicians when they need it. Great service, very kind people, and clean environment. Update: it's been less than a week since I've had my nails done and all of the gel polish has lifted.... Very disappointed in the quality of the manicure. I came to get my nails done on 8/31, on 9/3 my gel polish lifted and peeled off on one of my nails. I had specifically gotten gel so that I didn't have to worry about my nails for at least 2 weeks but for them to have only lasted 4 days is frustrating.... read more

Mani pedi. They got me in right away. They were very nice. My issue is the tools. I don't believe they use new tools on each client. They go from client to client using same tools which is disgusting and it should be against the law. They have tools in their sterilization units, but they aren't grabbing a new set of tools when they go to the next client. I watched this happen both on pedicures and manicures. read more

Frankie did an awesome job on my nails. He took off all my old dip nails, started from scratch and kept the length of my nails. Most shops only fill previous nails and try to charge an arm and a leg. My friend made reservations for both of us for 11 am. When we showed up, it was pretty busy and we waited for half an hour. While we waited, a good amount of people came for walk-ins. They were told to come back in the afternoon. It seems like they overbook though because they told everyone to come back at the same time. The main boss lady told my friend that we could pick any color for our regular pedicure. I thought this was strange because some of the colors were clearly for gel nails only. When it was our turn, my friend's pedicurist informed her the color she picked was for gel nails only. She went and picked a similar color for my friend. I opted for a plain 'ol pedicure while my friend got the spa pedicure. The only difference I noticed was she got a fuzzy blue salt bomb in her water and a short scrub/massage. My pedicurist was fast and seemed to have a clean technique. I think the pedicure was $15-$16 as it was difficult to understand the boss lady. It might have been $15, extra dollar because I used a credit card. If that's the case, I wasn't informed of the extra fee.
