The ladies here are all nice and hardworking. I'm taking a moment to leave a positive review because I've always had a nice visit. This is like a family run business and the techs are down to earth. To the reviews warding off people of color, I'm a black woman and they've always been nice. Kindness meets kindness. Ive been getting gel dip manis, pedis, and waxing for a few months now and have been happy. I'm trying a European facial next! I've come here a handful of times. Never had an appointment and they have always managed to be able to take me as a walk in. Each lady I've had has been very polite, especially Connie. They have done a great job on my mani/pedi each time, they even get my painful hangnails out of my fingernails. My only issue is it is totally quiet in there, they need some music or TV going or something, they don't really speak to you much so the silence is a little awkward. Also, not sure how a $55 pedicure and $25 manicure totals $110. I get the same thing each time and the amount is always different, as if each person just charges what they want and not what's posted on their price list. But then they get offended when you question the cost, so that is why I won't return. read more

I'm disgusted. Midway giving me a manicure my nail tech went back to another client to finish the top coat on their pedicure . She then proceeded to come back to me without washing her hands and finishing my manicure. Mind you she not wearing gloves to help either of us. When I addressed it to her asking why didn't she wash her hands? She then said that she said did wash her hands. I followed with. I watched you go from her to me without washing your hands. Today was my fourth time at this nail Salon. Not happy with my service I'm wheelchair bound. And first of all the entrance was blocked with chairs, the attendants. all sat around talking while a husband waiting for his wife got up and helped move them from the entrance. Upon entering all four employees sat in the back and contained gossiping. I sat myself down and waited another couple of Minutes before someone came to ask what I was in for. I upgraded my Pedicure and did not receive all I paid. For. She left polished smudged on one foot. And didn't fix it. I paid and gave her a good tip because I won't be going back. Been going here for almost two years. Have always noticed the techs gossiping & insulting not only myself but others. I know some Vietnamese and can understand some of what they are saying. The last time my tech applied powder dip. She kept filing my natural thin nails I asked her to stop 'as it hurt' she continued, I had to pull my hand away & should have left. After I actually gave her a $15 tip for a $45 service bc she was going on vacation. When she rang me up, she tried to charge me $5 more! the Audacity! But that wasn't the worst of it, my nail broke the next day & after a week 6 more!! I tried numerous times to come in for a Re-do, but the owner could never fit me in. Always unavailable or rescheduled. I finally gave up. This place is despicable! read more

She cut my pinky cuticle pretty bad, still got charged full price ($50 which is whack for the quality) and when I handed her 60 she holds up a 10 and asks me if I want to break it...Yeah you're not getting a 10 dollar tip for cutting my finger. I still tipped because I was raised better but I regret it. I always end up with a botched manicure at full price with an expected tip. VERY RUDE VERY RACIST!! i'm a black woman. I asked them how long for eyebrows they told me three hours and it was three people is sitting in the chairs. she said she will not have time until 630. It was currently 313 at the time I said so you can't do my eyebrows for three hours she said no we're very busy once again it was only three people in there. They started speaking in their different language and it made me feel uncomfortable. Do not go if you are black.!!! read more

Awful experience. Completely cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding during my manicure. Had to have the gel nails retouched at the end of the service because of bubbles. (Plus, of course less than a week later my gel nails started chipping) As for my pedicure, I asked the technician to trim my nails to which she didn't. By the time I realized it, she had already painted them so I just lived with it. I finally called when the third gel nail started chipping. I was willing to live with one nail chipped. Owner was awful. She demanded that I remembered the technician's name or else I wouldn't be able to get anything taken care of. I told her it started chipping a few days ago, definitely before a week's time. She didn't want to believe me, even though when I first asked her how long their gel nails should last she answered 2-3 weeks. She kept insinuating that she couldn't believe me, even though it's only day 10. There are too many nail salons to have to deal with this level of rude and incompetence. read more

Over the years I would come here out of convenience. They have a lot of staff, but their work has always been subpar. This visit was my last. The lady who gave me a pedicure was too rough and wasn't even paying attention to how hard she was scrubbing. She did this while exfoliating with the scrub, and burned my skin with extremely hot paraffin. I kept telling her it was hot! I don't know her name but she's always wearing her iPods when she's working on customers. I would not recommend coming here. I certainly will not, ever again! read more

I came here because it was convenient it was my first time. Horrible quality a week later all my nails had fell off already. The day after getting my nails done one nail popped off as well and I went back and they fixed it for free. This has never happened to me before i was in shock I usually have my nails on for a month. As I was getting my nails done the man tried to not give me a manicure and automatically started glueing the nails on my fingers. I told him can you give me a manicure before you start doing my nails and he said he usually does it after like that just didn't make no sense that was the first weird thing. Secondly he was putting the acrylic on my nail and when he was finished and started putting his tools away he missed one nail and proceeded and I told him what about this nail and he said I didn't even notice. I have my usual ladies but everyone I've had is very well-rounded and I surprisingly haven't had any issues at all with other techs either. I'm picky, and have been getting my nails done for decades but I will attest. Ly is an incredible woman and runs 2 of the most well-known and long-operating salons in the area.
