Please beware of the owner Li's terrible and rude attitude!! She is condescending and inconsiderate. I have been a client for a few years only bc the usual girl I go to is good. However, I went a few weeks back to have a new girl do my nails since my usual girl was out of town. The new girl did a terrible job with leaving my square nails extremely sharp even though I told her repeatedly to make sure they were round in the edges, my nails are already chipped and two have broken. Anyway, Li was rude in front of all staff and clients telling me I was late when my appointment was at 4. However, according to her it was at 12. Even if that was the case, it was a simple mistake. How dare you be that bitchy in front of so many people and demand a deposit for a future service. How dare you even speak to me in that tone. You are extremely nasty, and should be reported to the BBB for all the scams you ran during Covid. read more

Went to this place for my sisters birthday pampering. The atmosphere upon entering this place I was welcomed by a friendly lady who sat my sister quickly. She requested a mani pedi and I an eyebrow waxing. My eyebrow waxing was going well until the lady doing me started pulling on my skin a bit while cleaning up. I could tell she meant it when she apologized but what got me upset was after leaving that I realized I had several little hairs still awkwardly sticking out. My sisters nails came out nice and she said her experience and massage was done really well. (Ask for Lin) Even though she got a basic mani pedi we were both satisfied by how well of a job she did. I mainly come here for manicures only. I've heard many times that's people have had many complaints about this place but I have had nothing but amazing service! All these ladies are quick and great when doing manicures and their equipment is very clean and sanitized. I love to see MINDY! She is great! She has such a great personality she will keep a great conversation with you. The pricing for a gel manicure is $25. They have so many colors to choose from. The only downside from this is some of the colors I want they have ran out of :(. Other than that this is a great location and has a very friendly staff. read more

I wanted to try this place after passing by to grab some Flame Broiler. The interior looked nice, which is what caught my eye. I was seen immediately for a manicure, which was great. The not-so-great part was being seen by a nail technician who was in the middle of a phone conversation. I consider getting my nails a relaxing treat. Being forced to listen someone yelling on their phone was not relaxing. From what I understood she was spelling out something to the person on the other line. She got so frustrated she stopped what she was doing to grab the hands-free cord and yell into the microphone. Ughhhhhh.... While I appreciated the Essie & OPI polishes, the overall selection of colors was pretty weak. I would highly suggest bringing your own color in. The $12 manicure was rushed and I left feeling "meh" about the place. We'll see how long the color will last... I'm sure I can find a better nail salon in the area. read more

But I definitely recommend this place but make an appointment because they get overly busy constantly but I came in at a perfect time and they took me and I was in and out a little over an hour. * based on my experience* had waited last minute to get my nails done and luckily I found this place. I was attended to as soon as I walked in. This was my first time here and the ladies that did my nails, (Bella did my pedi and vivian did my full set) were very friendly and professional. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. definitely a place to have some "you time" so leave the kiddos at home so you can enjoy. Long overdue- I went before the Shut down & she did an excellent pedicure plus calluses removal. I'm not sure the gal who I had but I told her I had only 45 minutes till another appointment in Chino hills and she did a wonderful job. I had time for the orange salt scrub. Always get my acrylic gel nails done here. Very quick and always leave satisfied. $35 for a fill isn't super cheap but this place is convenient. Got my toes done here once and the guy cut my toenails so damn short, so I don't get them done here anymore. BUT if you're needing a fill, would recommend 10/10. read more

Gel manicure last me 3 weeks. And I'm a nurse so my hands stay in water and sanitizer. My sister recommended me years ago but I wouldn't come. Finally I tried them. Amazing job. I've went to 3 different ladies so far. Amazing treatment. You'll pay a few dollars more from other local nail shops but the quality is 10x better. Called for a quote for acrylic removal was told $12 if new less if it was an older set. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time was not brought over until 30 minutes past my appointment time. Staff was rude and FYI they pull the acrylics off. It was painful and some of my actual nail was peeled off. I've had them removed before and it was nothing like this. I do not recommend this place. I go here every time I visit my family in SoCal. I almost didn't recognize the place because they completely made over their shop! Lee calls it a nail bar really nice interior and the new spa chairs give great massages! This review is way overdue- I've been coming here for years! I wanted to give a shout out to Lee for fixing my ingrown nail. I've never had an issue with ingrown nails until I went to a nail salon in SF where the guy cut the side of my nails. Lee told me to never let them cut the sides of your nails! There's a proper technique to do it, but many people don't know how. If it's not cut straight your nails will grown inward into your skin and hence ingrown. I was in so much pain for months and didn't think there'd be a solution. I now have trust issues with nail salons, but you'd be in good hands with the ladies here. The quality of their products are great. I don't know what kind of base coat they use, but my toe nails do not chip and I literally keep them on for 4+ weeks. Give this place a try, you won't regret it! Make an appointment though as they do get busy. read more
