The hotel is fairly new and very central to shopping - next the new Greenbelt mall, attached older Landmark mall and easily accessible to the Glorietta mall complexes so there is no shortage of shopping or food options within a 5min walk. It is also attached to the Raffles hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast here - lots of international options (Philippine, Japanese, Chinese, Western, etc). Pro-tip: they will happily bring any items not displayed if available (ie I got a daily plate of fresh mangoes!). Get spa services here - I got a 3hr Fairmont Special (scrub, facial and massage) for $150 USD - this is very expensive locally but a great deal vs US prices and honestly it was excellent! You can definitely go to the mall for half cost but this is a convenient option as well. Hotel also provides affordable transportation options - much more expensive than using Grab - but worth peace of mind if you're new to the area and worried about transportation.

Hotel and room is very clean, but toilet handle looked broken, but could still use it. Staff are attentive and very nice. They greet you going in or out, and open the door for you going out. Toiletries include toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, hair band, finger nail file, small round cotton and cotton pad and comb. If you want your towels replaced, you place them in the bathtub. Bathtub and shower are separate, but the bathtub is little old looking so I didn't use it. They also have shampoo, moisturizer and liquid soap in the shower, and disposable house shoes. Sheets and pillows are clean and soft. They also offer robes. The 5 stars because Greenbelt 3 mall is right across the street, so everything is walking distance, even the MRT crossing from greenbelt mall to Landmark and SM mall. The check-in and check-out process seemed to take forever, and I can't imagine what it would be like during peak season when they're likely slammed. It's not all bad though. I think it's nice that they use Malin+Goetz products in the bathroom. And the bed itself seemed the one new contemporary thing in the room, which made for a comfortable sleep. The breakfast selection was decent, and a complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch. Still, given the variety of competition and options in the neighbourhood, I wouldn't make it a top choice despite it being the closest walk to Greenbelt.

The shower area was very spacious as well! We never got to try the breakfast or room service here because we met up with family and ate at a restaurant inside Greenbelt. Greenbelt mall is walking distance and there is also a 7-11 right when you walk out so you can grab snacks and drinks if needed. The older tower has older plugs so be aware of that, I did borrow a transformer/converter for my hair straightener which worked perfectly. The rooftop pool is a must to try. It may not be that big but feels good and luxurious. The proximity of this hotel to nearby malls and food places made it perfect for me and my family.

We arrived very late at night and had a morning flight the next day, so I didn't have a chance to take any pictures or venture too far from the hotel.
