So the service sector sector in the Philippines is beyond good, I would say it's excellent. The accommodations themselves are just very simple and that is what I would expect for paying $50 a night to stay here. But everything is very clean. I had a noodle soup at the café, which was actually very good. I also ordered a hamburger that was made really well, I must be fair to say that I don't think the meat, the beef in this country is very high-quality. I've had a steak here in the past and it was chewy and bland. So I would not recommend ordering steak, but the chicken is very good.

Relaxing. TV all. Day. Long. for the next 7 days!

Excellent hotel! As for quarantine, you're treated very, very well. Marj, Julio and Eric at the front desk were extremely helpful and so very accommodating. Booked through hotels.com, check in was a breeze, room is very comfortable, bathroom is filed with amenities. Room could use a microwave oven though, but the mini fridge is handy! Other than that, everything is prefect, making mandatory 7-day quarantine just a little more bearable.

Make sure to spray mosquitos repellent before you sleep. Never expected this from a 4 Star Hotel.

My father…read morewas traveling from Bangar, La Union (a 5-hour drive to Manila), and as we had a flight back to Los Angeles, I opted to give this hotel a try due to its reasonable price and 4-star rating. Upon arrival at 4pm, check-in was swift with excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by being upgraded to a deluxe room, 6023, offering additional space and a window behind the TV. However, I did notice that the A/C vent was not very clean, which I didn't think would be an issue. It was also odd that the room seemed to be automatically on, with a key card already inserted? Unfortunately, after visiting the extremely dirty 11th-floor smoking room only a handful of times I was there, I returned to the states and was diagnosed with bronchitis, making it a terrible experience. I recommend the hotel to pay more attention to cleaning their vents and improving ventilation in the tooms and smoking areas. Despite these issues, the hotel had good amenities, with a nice gym (although it was uncomfortably hot on the second day) and a pool that was warmer later in the day. The pool menu was average; I should have probably chosen a burger over the Banh Mi I ordered. The sandwich needed a lot of improvement. The steam room and sauna worked once during my 3-night, 4-day stay. Real estate agents were persistent near the elevator, and I even had a couple of close calls getting stuck in it. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and Mark, who brought ice promptly every night upon request, deserved a tip (even small tips like 50-100php were appreciated). We added the breakfast buffet for $4 per person per day, which was worth it. However, there was a discrepancy in the breakfast charges, my cousins suprised me and booked a couple of rooms; I was told breakfast buffet would be 390php instead was charged 950php. Despite my overall rating of 4 stars, the experience felt more like a 3.5 out of 5. I would still recommend this hotel, but guests should be vigilant about cleanliness issues. I regret not addressing the A/C vent problem and requesting a room change during my stay.

I can't remember our exact room number, but we had a room facing the seaside, and the view was absolutely stunning. One of the best surprises was getting to watch fireworks at night right from our window--it made the stay even more memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows and blanket were so cozy that we had some of the best sleep we've had in a hotel. Breakfast was also a highlight. There were plenty of options to choose from, but I kept going back to the omelette station because it was so good! What I loved most was the location. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, so getting around was easy, convenient, and felt very safe. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really added to the overall experience. We truly had a great stay and would happily come back again.

Once we were dropped off we had to take an elevator to the 3rd floor to check in. The host stationed near the elevator and check-in line was friendly. I chatted with him for a little bit and he answered my questions. The front desk staff were kind too. It seemed like a pretty popular hotel with international travelers. While I waited in line I overheard different languages while they walked by. The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of Manila Bay and the promenade. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and they offered the usual toiletries on the sink counter. The view was pretty at night as the seaside promenade was lit up. The room service Halo-Halo was good. It was a pretty big portion size so my fam and I were able to share it. It was a nice treat after a busy day. The room was pretty quiet. If we had neighbors we didn't hear them. The pool area was nicely designed and beautifully landscaped. The staff working there were friendly. I liked that there was artwork spread throughout the resort so there was always something interesting to look at. The different artwork stopped me in my tracks a couple of times. We dined at one of their restaurants, Brasserie on 3, and we showed up for their breakfast buffet. I still think Medley Buffet at Okada is better in food and service but Brasserie was still pretty good. The hotel has a pretty large layout so it can take some time to get to the Mall of Asia but it was still very convenient. I liked that this property is connected to the mall via a pedestrian bridge. It was definitely one of the better hotels I stayed at while on vacation. I would stay here again.

It's packed with traveling Japanese, Euros and Australians in the city to party. More than sufficient for an overnight stay. I am writing a blog for great and reasonable travel in Southeast Asia and this Thai based company, is expanding in the Japan, Malaysia,Thailand and now the Philippines markets is one of the leading contenders in reasonable housing. The other value-added service here is the car pickup from MNL to this hotel. Its the cheapest around about 1100 Phil. pesos round trip (about $22). A person shows up at the airport by baggage claim with your name on a sign, just like a regular limo service. The car is an economy car unless you want to limo. That costs more of course. You can book through the travel desk at this hotel (a 3rd party company) to the right of the checkin desk. Or email the hotel ahead of time. It takes about 24 hours to confirm your airport pick up. Verdict: Enjoyed it for an overnight stay. Will use again if i come in on a late night flight and leaving the next morning. A little bit of refreshing goes a very very long way and it's definitely good for the traveling spirit. Specially when you have another flight at 0810. An airconditioned shuttle to and from the hotel is provided and is complementary. The spacious Suzuki people carrier came to pick us up that night. The driver greeted us warmly and even helped us with our bags. Upon arrival to the hotel, two bell employees helped unload the van and helped us carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs and escorted us to our room. I like this property bc it is closer to MNL vs the Grand.
