    What a great car buying experience! Red River makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. They made the purchase of my vehicle a comfortable, no-pressure experience. Their staff is very knowledgeable and were able to help me quickly locate the vehicle that fit the needs of my growing family.

    $140 for a damn oil change, they charged me $12.50 per ONE quart for Mobil 1.... and a $34 "service" fee... You can get 5 quarts of Mobil 1 from Walmart for $22 . Don't ever come here they are completely ripping off their customers. Every corvette owner and car club will know of this BS. On top of that the oil change took 2.5 hours. Don't EVER take your car here

    It would take an entire day to inform you of how perfect the visit was. Such a cheerful group of people!! Sales person very patient, very attentive, outgoing, personable, not too pushy, very knowledgeable, competent and informative!!!! Finance guy (Sean Picard) amazingly informative, also very cheerful and personable, helpful & excellent personality. The staff here went above and beyond for me. I'll never ever feel such weight on me when purchasing a car. It was so easy and not nearly as nerve racking as the other dealership nearby (chevyland). The best car buying experience I've EVER HAD in my entire life!! This is my 3rd Chevy/gmc and my 5th vehicle purchase. Ever the service department had valet parking attendants! . Such easy service!!

    I would like to give a pat on the back to a new employee. His name is Lenin Quintana. He told me…read morehes only been working two weeks. He was extremely helpful to me and my auto parts needs. I purchased the fuel pump and strainer listed for my car from James Bamburg. It required splicing in a new pigtail and that was more complicated than I cared to do. I picked everything up from the benton rd store. I unfortunately had to return the pump because of the pigtail thing. Lenin looked at the old fuel pump (original toyota part) and cross referenced that factory part number and told me he found the part at autozone. I promptly said no. He showed me the spade terminals in the picture as compared to the one off my car. I asked him to please contact oreillys across the street to see if they had it in stock. They did so I purchased it there since the one you could get would have to come from longview and would not be there till 3pm today. I really appreciate Lenin going above and beyond in helping me get the correct part as my car was in pieces in my front yard. For a new employee he is doing very well in customer service. I called and thanked him today and said Ill be a return customer. Little did I know it would be today. 5-6 I needed a couple of parts for my lawnmower and oil & filter for my car. I appreciate all the help getting my car back on the road. Thank you, Marsha McDougal

    Stars - Pep Boys, Bossier City…read more I brought my Honda Accord in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation if needed due to the car pulling to the right. The alignment itself was completed properly, and the first technician did his job well. However, after my car had already been removed from the garage and the technician went to lunch, things became uncomfortable and concerning. I was then asked if I wanted a tire rotation for an additional $10, even though I had already said "if needed." I agreed, trusting their judgment. At that point, only two employees were present--one at the desk and one in the shop. My vehicle was brought back into the garage. While I was watching through the courtesy window, a technician raised a large toolbox lid directly in front of my face, completely blocking my view, and never returned to that toolbox. I found this behavior rude and unnecessary. When I mentioned it to the desk associate, my concern was dismissed. Afterward, while paying, I was told my hub bearings were failing and was handed a quote for over $1,000, with pressure to have it done immediately. Given the timing, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior after my original service was already completed, the situation felt fishy and left me uncomfortable and distrustful. The alignment itself was fine, but the events that followed made me feel taken advantage of. I will not be returning.
