There was never any pressure - not even on the day I did a test drive. He understood I had other brands I wanted to rule out before making my decision. Dustin also didn't play games which I appreciated the most. I've bought about 16 cars over the years, and I've met some annoying and arrogant sales people. Dustin is one of the best, and he seems like he's just a nice guy This week I decided I would pull the trigger. He got my paperwork started via text so that I didn't have to wait a long time when I got to town. He helped me learn the features of my new car and sent me on my way. It was super easy. I'm excited about my new car, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. My fingers are crossed their service department is just as helpful.

So I was recently in the market for a new car after having my car totaled. I spent a week working with BMW of Northwest Arkansas to get a particular 330i. I even had an appointment scheduled for 6/26 at 1300 to test drive and get the car. The guy I was speaking with named Zach said if something happened to the car, he would let me know. Well, just before my husband and I were about to drive all of the way to Bentonville, I found out that the car was sold! No warning. Nothing. I even spoke to the manager Jeff Bowers about my frustration. He was like ho hum sorry. Well, based off of his blasé attitude and lack of professionalism. I decided to take my business elsewhere. After allllllllll weekend of scouring the internet for the specific BMW 330i, I found THE ONE at BMW of Little Rock. Natalie reached out to me right away, and even pulled the keys for me so nobody else would get it after I explained what happened with the other dealership. That same day, I drove the 4 hours to get my new car! Tarik made some definite MAGIC happen for me and also arranged to have my rental returned. When I arrived, I was treated like Queen Elizabeth! It was wonderful! Everyone was out of this world, especially my sales rep Michael!! He's absolutely golden and definitely in the profession he's meant to be in. From start to finish the whole process of getting my BMW 330i was quick and painless thanks to the remarkable staff here. These folks lead with integrity and give you have wonderful Chick fil-a service! BMW of Northwest Arkansas needs to take a page from the book of BMW of Little Rock. We had all maintenance services performed at BMW of Little Rock on time. When we requested a Goodwill/Customer loyalty repair, it was denied by BMW North America and BMW of Little Rock...their reason being that we had purchased one new set of tires from a local tire shop instead of BMW. Now they want over $8,000 for repairs on what is a known internal defect. BMW IS A JOKE.

I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.

My total bill barely 2 Benjamins, despite over 100 bucks of synthetic oil n filter. And, no battery change needed.
