I'm not sure what so many people are complaining about. I arrived at about 11:30 AM for lunch and was promptly seated and a server arrived very soon after. I ordered right away and my drink arrived with a small basket of fries ranch and campfire sauce about two minutes later. Fries were just offered, I didn't even request. How great is that? Burger and more fries came within about 10 minutes as did a drink refill w/o having to ask. The place is clean, the service quick and the staff friendly. Just got this app but in 2024 we found a long piece of sharp metal almost like a razor blade in my hamburger after I took a bit and had it in my mouth, when I told them they took it and just gave me one free meal, as if I'd ever eat there again read more

The last few times we have been there, the service wasn't good. Some waitresses and waiters would disappear and would talk to friends that would come in, instead of checking on customers. Their fries most times would come out not even lukewarm and we were given maybe 12 fries to split between us. The burgers weren't cooked as ordered. If the burgers were ordered medium rare, they came out well done. As I have said, the waitresses and waiters would disappear and not really check on how it was cooked. Second time this happened, wait in the lobby and no host / hostess would show up, left after 10 minutes

We arrived at 2:30 pm- restaurant was not busy. No one was at check-in stand and we had to wait until the greeter was summoned by another employee. Despite a near-empty restaurant, we were seated in a booth right next to 7 or 8 12-year old girls celebrating a birthday (I am not complaining about their excitement, just about the fact that we could have been seated much further away). Our server came over right away, but when we told her we needed a minute to look at the restaurant, she came back 8 minutes later. We saw her 4 times total, and she seemed flustered every time- like she was in a rush. It's not as if they were short-staffed as we saw several other servers on the floor, and our server had four tables. Food was good, but had trouble using our gift card (server had to take my phone to the register). Overall we were disappointed in the overall service. read more

This is our 3rd visit to this location and every time the service has been horrible. We've rarely had issues at the east one. This time we were told it would be 15-20 minutes to get a table instead of a booth when multiple tables were open, we realized after saying okay to a booth. The one they sat us at was right in the path of people coming/going and by the prep area so it was super noisy and our server had a hard time getting to us waiting for strings of people to go by. Our server was inattentive, not even looking over anytime he passed we had to flag him down for refills and wait to long for them to come. This time my burger wasn't right, it was missing any sauce. I gave up on trying to send it back and just ate it as is since the server didn't come back to check after initially setting our food down. We had a group of 13 people.. family in town for a funeral.. server was great. Brought everyone fries and dipping sauce with our drink order which was great. Good food and hot. Only negatives from the group was the loaded fries that were suppose to come with burnt ends had some form of beef but not burnt ends. Ran out of coffee 2 days ago and hadn't fixed it. Elderly people in our group really wanted that. And bottom line would have been a 5 star had the African American employee by the bar wouldn't have been an asshole to me. We came in the side door and already spoke with am employee and they were already setting the large group table together and he decided to be an ass and try and make us all go to the front door to get a table. Why? Why be an asshole? We even called ahead and they knew we were coming and Mr power trip had to be a dick. Uncalled for. Overall a decent experience. The food was good. The greeter on the evening of our visit had to be found to add our name to the waitlist, too busy laughing and talking to other staff and not enough attention to the job at hand. Third time coming to the west side location and the waitress took 20 mins to get our drink order. Once she took our order the food came out pretty quick but we saw her a total of two times. Very disappointed could not have dinner here. Went in to a clean and beautiful restaurant and quickly was sat. That's when it ended. It was just a normal night not really busy lots of servers milling around and such but not super busy as a Red Robin could be. We sat had our menus and sat there. 5 minutes no one. 10 minutes still no one. Finally just decided to leave. The table next to us had their drinks and appetizer fries when we had sat down. Yet no one came by to even greet us or just say they would be back. So we up and left. Sorry to say was not a good experience. This is a new Red Robin on the West Side and our first time visiting. Hopefully if we decide to come back it will be a much better experience. read more

Best burger I've had in a long time. The endless fries were a treat and the service was friendly and quick. We will come again soon.

Waited over 10minutes to see a waiter. The waiter said the afternoon shift people had not showed up. I think they are short staffed. The Brussel sprouts were undercooked. They did not have any flavor. They need a sauce with them. The burgers were delicious. The sweet potato fries and salad were good. The waiter that helped us was very apologetic. They need more staff. The food was way overpriced for a hamburger had onion rings substituted for fries which they charged me four dollars extra for which was only five onion rings the food was not that good to pay $18 for a hamburger and onion rings it's just fast food on a plate. You can definitely get a better hamburger for a better price somewhere else. I won't be returning to red Robin. read more

When we got there we got our drinks but never got our silverware or the basic of fries that were supposed to be given before your meal! When we did finally ask for our fries we asked for dips and he forgot them! He kept forgetting things we asked for! I'm even mad that they messed up my order, I'm allergic to tomatoes and my burger had tomatoes on it! I called from the car on the way to the restaurant to see if there was a wait and we were assured there wasn't. We arrived less than 2 minutes later and the place was a mad house. Lobby and front sidewalk were packed and we waited inside to double check for about 15 min and no one ever came out to seat anyone or check anyone in.
